The team were great. I ordered a SUP online on a Saturday. Within 2 hours I had a call from New Forest Surf apologising for a stocking error and proposing a solution that still got me the SUP I wanted. Great customer focus and human touch, most online sales would simply cancel the order and leave you to it.
Up there in the top 2 online purchase experiences I have had, and I have had quite a few ;-)

Wonderful service and good advice
Wonderful service through out the process. I called the store and discussed the board I was considering beforehand and was given some good advice on a board for my son. The whole process has been great. Delivery was efficient and you are kept updated throughout with updates on when to expect it.

Jobe Yama 8.6 28” Paddleboard
Excellent speedy delivery and very pleased with the SUP.
Purchased for myself as a 65kg adult as a second board, ( Already have a Red 10.6, as main board, used on lakes in all conditions, sea when calmer, and for yoga).
The Jobe is less stable, given smaller volume and teardrop tail, but 3 hours on lake in flat conditions, and mastered standing for a half mile loop.
Conventional self rescue is doable but trickier, however stern remount using a sling and krab is super easy.
Ultimate purpose of board, at only 6kg, is to utilise as a giant tow float whilst Openwater swimming, to enable self rescue out of the water, and I think it will prove to be the right tool for the job.

These guys were nice enough to sent a very unique SUP part to the USA (fin screw for JOBE SUP). I had been looking for it everywhere and they were significantly less on the shipping then almost everyone out there and I had been looking across the whole freeken world! Very grateful that I will be able to use my two paddle boards this spring!!!
