Amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service!! Chad couldn’t have been more helpful with my questions and allowed us to arrange collection while we were visiting the New Forest. Couldn’t recommend enough. Also had an issue with one of the Jobe Sup bags and he had a new one ordered and delivered within a week.

I bought a second-hand well used race /…
I bought a second-hand well used race / touring SUP and decided to give it some TLC. I didn't want to spoil the look of the board by adding more foam deck grip, so I opted for the Hexa Traction pads. They are fantastic, lots of grip for step-back turns and are pretty much invisible. I also treated the rails to some rail tape. Great products and were delivered as described and on time. I will definitely use New Forest Surf Centre again.

Fantastic customer service - thank you! I ordered a replacement SUP fin online by normal post by mistake - emailed late at night explaining I needed it ASAP and Chad replied immediately and had it in the express post first thing in the morning. Wow!
