Great service throughout my procedure, rest assured they will look after you well before and after treatment keeping you at ease. Shoutout to Jake Allott who takes care of aftercare is very knowledgeable and Matthew Parker who has been extremely useful prior to my initial procedure.

They was all nice and made me feel comfortable and made sure I wanted to go through with it witch I was nervous about but it was all worth it

I had FUT, as a female wanting a hair transplant to improve my hairline, there was less images and reviews from other females to help me in my research for the perfect clinic for me.
I was recommended to the surgery group from a male friend who had had a hair transplant himself. He couldn't of had better things to say so I took the plunge and got in touch.
The pre care, the surgery and the after care have been truly second to none. The full way through I have felt comfortable, well looked after and confident with the care and service I received. During my time at the clinic whilst having the procedure, I felt welcomed and comfortable with the surgeon and team. They were so friendly and professional at the same time. I was also impressed with the after care, you are checked in on and the opportunity to ask any questions is always there.

Just a few days over 12 months on from my FUT procedure (on front half of head) and i'm pleased with the results. I have a hairline back! It all started to take proper shape from about 6-7 months onwards. From 9 months on I was comfortable not wearing hats all the time, which was handy as I was about to spend 3 months in sunny Australia!
The hair looks completely natural and non suspect either. It's still thin in places, but i've always had thin hair, and i'm also 40, so it's definitely a massive improvement on if i'd just left it to recede. There's still room for improvement, but technically i still have 4 more months of growth (according to the timeline) before the repair period is officially complete, so i continue to hope for more. If not, oh well, I look a lot better than I did and it was probably the best I could expect given my age and hair type.

I'd consider having further work to top it up, and if I did i wouldn't hesitate to go with Surgery Group again. Matt and Jake have been brilliant throughout and i'm 100% glad I got it done. If you're thinking of going for it to, look no further than these guys. Seriously, the price is good and they look after you. Don't overpay with others or penny pinch by going overseas. They know exactly what they're doing here.

11 months ago I had an FUE procedure from here. The 11 months since have been an incredible experience. I wore hats all the time and hated seeing my receding hair line and thin tuft at the front.
My first contact was Matthew. The bloke is a star. I was 80% not going to do it initially because, well, that's how most folk are about this sort of thing right? He gave me the facts about Finastiride and then left me completely alone to figure stuff out for myself. I came back and started a course of that stuff which was incredible, within months I stopped shedding and it appeared that dormant follicles grew back. Another year and I called him to get the transplant booked. He knows that this sort of thing isn't a sell in the classic sense but was enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable.
Ahmad was my doctor, we discussed hair lines and he listened as i suggested maybe not giving me a twenty one year old's line, in fact he said it was a great move making the line slighty further back...like half a centimetre so don't worry!
He was great, witty calming and really instlled confidence in me that i was doing the right thing.
All the staff i encountered were superb.
Jake dealt with my aftercare and was on it from day 1, calling me regularly throughout the first fortnight and on into the following months. I sound like a broken record but Jake is another asset to the company, his reassurances through my recovery period were invaluable.
Now? Now my hair line looks amazing, I never wear hats and my confidence is 100% back to where it was before my hair started falling out.
Don't bother going to another country, some of those clinics are good but a lot simply are not.
Let these guys sort your hair out.

Two weeks post procedure and everything has healed well, results will take a few months. Working with Surgery Group has been refreshing, not so much on the formal sales stuff and more straight forward and down to earth. Top consultant in Dr Ahmad Moussa, who is honest about what you can expect, and excellent aftercare from Jake, contact everyday to answer any questions in the recovery.

Pricing is competitive and performance was everything they promised. Just waiting for the results now!

I had an initial FUT hair transplant with the surgery group two years ago on the frontal region of the scalp which had been so successful that I recently decided to have a second hair transplant to fill in the mid and crown area of the scalp. The experience had been so positive with the surgery group that I had no hesitation in deciding which clinic to go with again.
From the first phone call with Matthew to arrange the consultation I knew it was going to be a hassle-free journey again . Dr Ahmad Moussa is very skilled as a surgeon and makes you feel so at ease. The skill of the technicians - Mary Ann, Philip and All - was outstanding .
The after care from Jake has been first rate as always and he’s always on hand at all times to answer any questions and concerns I had.
The results are looking great and the FUT scar is healing well. The surgery group go above and beyond to make the hair transplant journey an easy one.

Thoroughly satisfied with my procedure, the whole team is so friendly and make you feel comfortable. Dr Ahmad Moussa was very realistic with regards to procedure and results. Jake provided daily correspondence after the transplant, I can't recommend them enough!

The surgery group have been amazing from start to finish. I met with the surgeon before booking my hair transplant which really put me at ease that it was right for me.

The day ran really smoothly and had a a great team of surgeons on the day.

Jake is like the wingman of hair surgeries, who is there to answer any questions and help you through which was really helpful especially through the first couple of weeks after the surgery.

Overall, I really recommend the surgery group and wouldn’t change a thing.

From start to finish the process was friendly and professional. Dr Ahmad was considerate and realistic with his approach to what I wanted. On the day the team were incredible and aftercare with Jake constant. I’m 2 weeks in and the scabs are about gone so now excitedly waiting to see results of 3000 grafts

I believe that when it comes to looking at yourself in the mirror, you need to be honest. Brutally honest. As if you were giving yourself feedback. No one is listening. Just you.

This is what I saw last year on November 1st…minutes before I was ushered into that operating room…

FACT - I was unhappy with my hairline.
FACT – I would let me hair grow longer in some areas and always had to warn my barber about it. (‘’I know, I know…’’ he’d say)
FACT - I was tired of choosing to attribute losing hair to the fact that I was no longer 22.
FACT – I was scared ****less knowing that someone was about to dig around the top of my head for hours on end. (*had never had any surgery before*).

Same mirror, same bathroom, same me…OK, you caught me. I moved house in the meantime, but you know what I mean 😉

FACT – I feel content looking at my hair (from every angle). You know that feeling when you’ve had a few scoops of your favourite ice-cream ever. Yeah! That same feeling of fulfillment, I swear!
FACT – I don’t have to burden myself with reminding my barber not to cut too much in the corners, stressing over whether he’d forget…There’s no ‘’he trimmed too much’’ anymore.
FACT – My hair is 22 again! And me – oh well...Age is just a number, anyway 😉
FACT – Fear? What fear!?

And, no, this is not a paid ad. By no means. In fact, this is my way of paying back to Dr. Ahmad Moussa (the kindest doctor I’ve ever met), and Jake (the biggest invisible support you can ever imagine) for being true to what was promised.

I came from out of the country seeking for a fuller beard to cover up the patches and gain an aesthetic look I’ve been wanting to achieve but couldn’t grow past the basic chin strap and gotee. The owner Matthew along with the staff really care about their patients and it showed big time. I got a SUPER fast response when I submitted my form to be contacted along with my goals and photos. From there, everything took off.

Matthew reached out right away and I got counseled on what the process is like, expectations, estimated number of grafts needed to reach my goal. But what I really appreciated most was the honesty I got from Matthew. He flat out told me what was achievable and what wouldn’t be, what would be more realistic and most people wouldn’t tell you that.

I was booked for further consult with Dr. Ahmad and I felt so good after the conversation, enough to move forward and chose Surgery Group. Matthew set the date and I confirmed all my flight details. Leading up to the day Matthew and Jake were in communication with me making sure I landed safely got around the ok and gave me assistance to navigate around should I need it. Matthew coordinated everything and I felt comfortable calling him for anything I needed.

I was placed in a beautiful hotel the night before and met up with Jake who drove me to the clinic, stayed with me, and drove me back to where my next stop was at after the surgery, really really great guy. During my stay the staff was very kind, fed me (as my procedure was very lengthy) and made me feel comfortable. The team dynamic was great and very open.

Dr. Ahmad was kind, very patient, understanding and mindful of his patient at all times (especially during numbing) he cared a lot about the comfort of the patient. I was not treated as just another client but truly cared for as a person. The level of care I got couldn’t have been received in the same manner anywhere else because they are a smaller company and can have more of that one on one attention, making everything more personable. I was able to form connections with multiple staff members making me feel blessed and thankful to have stumbled across their site online.

When I thought all was done with to my amazement I wasn’t. I might have flew back home but I was still looked out for, Jake and Matthew checked in on me, to see how my progress was, if I needed anything or had any questions they were just a message or call away. They made sure I was clear on aftercare instructions, wasn’t experiencing anything outside of what was expected, and made sure my recovery was on track to obtain the maximal results possible.

I honestly couldn’t be any happier, I am truly blessed and thankful to have been under their care. This is life changing and permanent, it was done right, well and smooth. Thank you Surgery Group, from the bottom of my heart thank you, it has meant a lot to me.

So i had my eyebrows done in Febuary 2022 and i just thought i post an update..... they are growing at a rate on knotts, its given me a much needed confidance boost, can thank Nottingham group enough.x

Brilliant company! This was my 2nd visit and it was such an enjoyable experience. Professional location and staff, all really lovely and welcoming. Sterile environment, amazing aftercare and nothing is too much to ask. I’m really happy with my results so far and would 100% recommend Surgery Group.

This is a follow up review after having 2 hair transplants with Surgery group. The dates of each treatment were June 2021 for the front of my head and February 2022 for my crown. I cannot post pics on this service so see my google review for pictures before and after posted 24/10/2022.

This company completely gave me my confidence back and genuinely doing my research they have the best prices on the market. The teams who did the surgery on both occasions were informative, professional and caring and filled me as a patient with confidence. Before and after treatments Matt and Jake guided me through everything every step of the way and helped me with questions at all hours and however big or small. I now take Finesteride and use Minoxidil consistently since the treatment but the results speak for themselves. Constant hair growth and a full head of hair! I have had numerous compliments from my network on the results and people in disbelief of the results from before and after!

As someone who was on the fence about doing this and really isn't a risk taker I cannot recommend enough going through surgery group if you're planning for a hair transplant and however corny I cannot stress enough how much it's changed my life!

It has been a great experience so far and I am at Day 13 after the operation. The doctors have been very helpful and friendly, walking me through the whole procedure during and before the day. Matthew and Jake were great with explaining how everything works. After care has been good too and they always answer my questions right away. As for my hair, it’s been almost two weeks and all my scabs have fallen off now.

A great experience, was taken care of, kept informed and made comfortable.

Results are really coming in now, the standard shedding phase ended after around 3 months and now it’s looking good. Best to add there is minimal pain/discomfort nothing more than a tingling sensation.

I’d highly recommend the group/team.

It’s a journey you need to prepare for as you will most likely experience a variety of emotions. For me it was the discomfort around the extraction area followed by the reality of shedding the transplanted hair. The results take time, retain faith in the process as you will see the results of your investment both financial and emotional. I’m truly satisfied with the results, especially as I no longer look like Dracula!

It's been just over 2 weeks since my proceedure, a 2600 graft hair transplant, and I couldn't be happier. Dr Ahmad and his team are excellent. The pre and post op care from Jake is first class and you never feel like your just the "next one".

Whilst I'd always suggest doing your own due diligence for any proceedure like this, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Surgery Group.

Hair transplant done in Jan 2021 went down the night before stayed in a hotel sat in the chair at 10 am I was done for 3 pm and that included a 1 hour dinner with pizza 🍕 all technicians and surgeon top class really friendly I chatted and had a laugh the whole way through no pain and the process is nice and straightforward, I'm at the point now where I've got the full result and my hair looks amazing I'm 43 now and people who don't know me guess my age low 30s lol 😀 top top outfit surgery group aftercare brilliant too I'm still in contact now after 20 months seeing how I'm doing can't fault them at all !! My only regret is that I didn't get it done sooner !!
