Best service ever
My husband & I had been wanting a new mattress for some time. On the off chance we popped into Sussex Beds in Tonbridge, and how we was looked after by the sales team was amazing. Especially Lisa who helped us get exactly what we needed at such an amazing price. We actually ended buying two.

Ellie at the Canterbury store was so helpful today! I’m moving house and needing to buy my own bed for the first time and she made me and my mum feel very welcome and was able to understand my situation and help me find an amazing bed while still considering my financial situation. She was able to offer advice without it feeling forced, I really felt like she wanted to help me and therefore trusted her opinions. Sussex Beds is my first port of call now, for beds, sofabeds and they even have a range of wardrobes that we're also purchasing.
I needed to choose a new sofabed as the cheap one I bought online (from another co.)was awful and broke after 3 uses! I was able to go to Sussex Beds and try out the few that they had there. Julie was very helpful. Looking forward now to the delivery, and will always go to Sussex beds first if I need anything else.

Buying local makes sense
Very knowledgeable and friendly sales team - Mark was especially helpful when helping us to select a mattress.
The delivery team were also really good in terms of getting the mattress up the stairs and providing the instructions about turning the mattress

Brilliant from start to finish
Amazing customer service from Karen in the Tonbridge store. Helpful, knowledgeable and keen to meet our requirements, especially around delivery timings (we needed multiple beds and fast!) Price point is where you would expect for good quality items which is what these are. Delivery was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Great salesperson and great natural boxed pillow
I was experiencing neck pain before I tried out their boxed pillow. The saleswoman has amazing professionalism and she suggested me the boxed pillow straight away and I loved it. She explained to me how the pillow changed her sleeping pattern as a side sleeper and I truly feel that way too. This is worth buying for sure!

Ian couldn't do enough
Ian couldn't do enough. A real credit to the company. His wonderful polite friendly and professional service was just what we needed. We went away to look in other shops but I think we knew we'd be back. And we did come back two hours later. We bought two ex display adjustable singles and we were more than happy with the deal provided. And I have to say we have slept soundly since.

Wonderful Experience
The store leader Gary was extremely helpful advising us on the bed options that would suit our needs. He gave us plenty of time to try lots of options without feeling pressured. He even gave our Daughter a soft toy gift at the end for waiting patiently. The whole experience was great after ordering too and we are very happy with our new bed. The delivery men were extremely polite and took away our old bed too.
