I had my boiler installed by Ross at The Sussex Heating Care Company in 2020. Every year l get a reminder that the annual service is due. They are a family run service and for me they are first class. The heating in my house is really old, but it doesn't bother him at all, he thoroughly checks everything is working properly before he leaves. He is kind, courteous prompt and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic people.
After calling multiple other companies, being hung up on, never getting a call back or simply the people on the phone being rude, we found The Sussex Heating Care Company.
So polite, professional, organised and honest.
This company went above and beyond to make sure they got someone out to us to fix our boiler that day, even though their engineers were booked up until 8pm.
Absolutely fantastic company, always called back when promising to do so, and such lovely people.
I won’t bother googling any other company, The Sussex Heating Care Company are the only people I will used from here on.

Great gas company.
Ross fitted our new boiler last year and we were very pleased with it. He was polite and professional at all times. We were kept fully informed at every stage by Kate in the office who was also lovely.
Last week Brendan came to do the annual service and once again we were delighted by his help.
All are highly recommended and price of work is very good.

Excellent service from Brendan - he called prior to the appointment to say he was running early which suited me! He was very polite and tidy, and considering my boiler is in a VERY awkward spot kept his sense of humour! He did find a problem during the service, but fixed it very promptly the next morning when he could pick up a part. Very happy and will use this company again. Booking was easy and Kate was very accommodating when I needed to change my appointment date. Excellent service from start to finish.
