Excellent company to deal with.
Our water heater was installed by Ross a couple of years ago. Quickly, efficiently and with minimal fuss. We've had two annual services since. The communication from the company and service is second to none. Easy to navigate web site. They are very profesional and I definitly would recommend this company.

Very professional service from start to finish. They are punctual and keep you fully updated on the whereabouts of the engineer, and when the engineer arrived he was extremely knowledgable and explained everything. I would recommend.

Our Central Heating Upgrade
We contacted The Sussex Heating Care Company to obtain a quotation for a new heating system. Kate booked us in that evening. Ross surveyed our flat and out-lined our requirements after discussing our needs with us which left us confident that we had chosen the right company for our project. Ross and Brendan were very professional throughout the 3-day period and always left the work area clean and tidy. Excellent company - great service
Cannot praise this company enough. Went above and beyond and helped us out so quickly when our boiler stopped working. Boiler condemned. Katie and Ross rescheduled workload to ensure we weren't without heat for too long. Ross installed new boiler, new pump, new thermostat, new magnetic filter and replaced a broken radiator valve. Took less than a day to complete. VERY good price for all the work. Won't use anyone else now. Genuine customer - wish I could give 10 stars. Thanks Ross and Kate for all your help.

Can't recommend this company enough. Quick service. Comes straight out in an emergency. Did my radiators and new boiler. Very friendly, polite, helpful and cleans up after the job. Call Ross and his team for an excellent service. You won't be disappointed.

This is the second year we have had our boiler serviced by this company very satisfied with the work and they turn up in time which is very important
We did have a boiler failure which turned out crucial as we had no hot water this company answered our sos and identified the fault and replaced the main pump this was on a Saturday so we were very happy with there prompt response all completed in a day

Saved by the Sussex Heating Care Compny
My boiler stopped working mid week, but my usual plumber was unable to fit me into his busy schedule. Upon his recommendation I called out a heating engineer from a different company who established that the fan had gone. They, too, couldn’t deal with it until the following week, but he gave me all the details of what needed to be ordered so I tried some other local plumbers/heating companies. Either they could not fit me in before the weekend or insisted on checking the problem themselves and wouldn’t accept the diagnosis or details of what needed replacing. Luckily, I then came across The Sussex Heating Care Co. and spoke to the very efficient and friendly wife of the heating engineer, who took down the details of the fan and her husband arrived within an hour with it, fixed and serviced the boiler immediately. He was very friendly, well-organised and took great care of the rather cramped area around the boiler cupboard. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
