After five years of neglect - the result of advancing years and health issues - my once pristine pond was in a really poor state. The reviews on this website persuaded me to call Sussex Pond Doctor in the hope that they could put things right.
The reviews were right. Russell and Craig visited in foul weather and, by the time they left, the pond was totally cleared out, cleaned and replanted. Due to their hard work and remarkable knowhow, coupled with a genuinely supportive approach, I now have a pond to be proud of again. First class.

Russell and Craig were brilliant, arriving on time and keeping us advised on what they were doing. The waste we had asked to be left on site was stacked with care and will make great compost! The final bonus was sorting out the tangled water lily, re-potting and replanting. Lots of useful advice for future maintainance. Thanks for giving us our pond back, guys!

All works carried out by Doug and the team were done incredibly efficiently. Fish were removed and rehomed. Pond was some 21 years old so a messy job carried out cleanly with everything left clean and tidy. Thanks to all for their good and friendly service. It was good to find someone who will assist with pond removal when it eventually had become necessary.

Doug and the team were brilliant and my pond is looking amazing. Everything from the very first enquiry email was professionally dealt with. Courteous, punctual, tidy and with a nothing too much trouble attitude.

Craig and Russell did a fantastic job clearing out our very overgrown and silted pond. They rescued and repotted our lily and gave us some good advice for future. They were friendly and incredibly tidy. Communication with Doug was brilliant, from first contact to the final invoice.

Craig and Robb came and sorted out our pond today and I would fully recommend them. They were prompt, polite, knowledgable and worked hard. The results are amazing and hard to believe it’s the same pond! Great work team, thank you.

Sussex pond doctor came to my rescue when I emailed them asking for some advice. They kindly responded quickly and with good advice. I followed what to do with my leaky pond and it worked. All I wanted was a replacement hose to filter tank fitting, which PondDoctor was able to guide me to a reliable source where I could purchase the said fitting. Pond and filter now running smoothly.

Thank you Doug and Ollie. You both did an excellent job of cleaning my awkwardly placed pond when it was very windy. Now our fish are very, very happy in their new surroundings!
Nothing was too much trouble for you as you replaced sponges and light in filter. I would recommend you to all my pond friends and anyone thinking of having a pond as you quote a fair price.

Doug and his team were excellent! Highly recommend them . They not only stuck to the brief but went above and beyond . All of their work was completed to a very high standard . Very important to me was the respect shown to my plants and garden whilst the work was ongoing . The site was left neat and tidy . Loved the result and have recommended them to my sister in law

Our ponds were in a very bad state and I was worried about the pond life. I found this firm on the web, and they were very quick to reply and I had a date for action in a short time. They were very efficient, and did everything they said they would. I was also aware of their love, care and knowledge of the life in the ponds; far more than I ever imagined i had. I can't thank you enough for my, now, two beautiful ponds.

When I first contacted the company they responded very quickly. They managed to fit me in at very short notice which was a relief as I was very worried about the pond. Craig and Russell arrived and were very polite friendly and very efficient and professional. They removed the fish which they treated with care and when pond and pump sorted fish were returned to the pond. They also cleared all the overhanging greenery. When they finished they they cleared up everything. Will definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them

Craig and Russel did a great job cleaning out my garden pond, putting in a new liner and replacing paving around pond edge. The pond was very overgrown and now loooks twice as big. They arrived on time and worked really hard all day. I am very pleased with the work and would highly recommend this company.
