I was filled with mixed emotions at the start of my journey to finding help for my horrid, thinning hair. The moment I met Shuna, I was instantly put at ease. I was understood, empathised with, had myths dismantled and most importantly, given hope. It has been 6 months now since I have followed a hair routine prescribed by Shuna and cannot believe the results. With patience and perseverance I have seen incredible chance with my hair. I have so much new growth, the shedding has stopped but more amazingly than ever, I let my daughter play with my hair without the fear of it falling out. I am so grateful that I found Shuna who has always been on the end of the line for reassurance and guidance. Thank you so much ☺️

Seeing a trichologist was the last resort for me, after seeing many doctors and using various different ointments, steroids, lifestyle changes - you name it!

When I saw Shuna’s website, I thought well this could be the answer to my prayers. With paying such a hefty amount for a consultation I thought surely this has to improve my condition.

I always like to speak to someone beforehand before booking in a treatment like this but Shuna would never answer the phone and via email said I would need to book a consultation. In the consultation I was told there was cream that would help and was then told I had to pay for this in addition. Unfortunately the treatment didn’t work. I tried everything Shuna asked me to do with no avail.

For anyone that’s interested, my condition is psoriasis on the scalp.

Was very nervous about seeing anyone on my condition but this dissipated when I met with Shuna.

Shuna was super caring and always went above and beyond, a true expert in her craft and field, I could not have wished for a better person to see.

Shuna has been wonderful. A few years ago I became aware that the overall density of my hair had become significantly thinner than it used to be. During my teenage years I had fairly thick hair, but during my degree I had dealt with excessive levels of stress and terrible nutrition. This had left my hair depleted and thin by the time I was 21, and realising how much hair I had lost, and was continuing to lose, made me terrified of doing anything to it. I lacked so much confidence because of how I thought it looked, that seeing a reflection or having a photo taken became my biggest fear. After months of worrying, I realised I needed to see a professional to work out what was going on, and got in contact with Shuna. It was so nice to talk to someone who understood what I was going through, and receive reassurance that this wasn't the end of the world. She was able to give me a diagnosis in our first session, and advise me of how we would be able to treat it. Since then, she has provided a lot of support, which has helped me accept my hair as it is, and work towards taking care of it and improving it. I am no longer scared of my hair, and know that it won't get any worse with her help. I would whole heartedly recommend visiting Shuna if you have any hair concerns.
