Upon the promise of an exemplary…

Upon the promise of an exemplary service, I went ahead and purchased some 24x24x24in boxes. But they arrived with the flimsy outer packaging ripped, concertinaed corners and large punctures in the body of the boxes. Instead of addressing the issue with hsis couriers, the owner has blamed me for being so fussy. Pardon me for having such high expectations, but it was upon your promise that I ordered them from you in the first place.

Very happy dealing with this local company; I've chosen their sustainable packaging for my ceramics business. Contact has been very helpful and informative, ordering online was easy, and delivery was prompt, friendly, and efficient.

Amazing products & customer service

Genuinely couldn’t ask for not only a better product but also better customer service.. both have been absolutely elite & I genuinely can’t fault a thing! Most certainly will be a returning customer regularly and have already passed on the details to family & friends!

Fantastic Service

What a fantastic supplier Sustainable Packaging are. Not only are their prices great but the service we recieve is second to none. I ordered some strapping and clips today and within half an hour, it was delivered. Couldn't ask for any better. Well done to Robert and the Team!

Home Moving Pack

Great service from Robert and Kenny, received pack to help move house all products boxes, tape, voidfill and bubble wrap 100% paper and kerbside recyclable, all products are sturdy, had no issues.

Brilliant service and excellent quality products

I have used a many other packing companies, but Sustainable Packing Scotland have been way out in front for their customer service, communication and the quality of their products. We have moved most of our packing products over. Most products manufactured in the UK and all fully recyclable.
