We've been really pleased and impressed - excellent quality of work, great communication throughout, really professional service. Would highly recommend and would definitely rehire for any future roof work needed.

Shane replaced our old leaking flat roof. He upgraded the roof from cold to warm deck, and replaced the felt with a much higher spec EPDM covering. The workmanship is fantastic and building control were perfectly happy with the job — building control even commented how rarely they see roofing work done that well. Shane is easy to communicate with and keeps you updated throughout the process, taking lots of photos along the way. We would highly recommend Shane and his team.

Another great job by Shane and his team reconditioning the rear of our roof, after having done the same to the front last year. The scaffolding was put up and taken down promptly and on time, even though access to the rear of the house was through a tiny window. The work was completed swiftly and on time and, at the end of the job, all rubbish was cleared and the property was left clean and tidy.
I would certainly use SV Roofing & Renovation Limited again.

The whole experience was brilliant, was kept up to date from start to finish during the whole process. The team was great to work with, they advised us on new regulations and explained what we had to do with local authorities and the electric company, before they could start work. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Shane did an excellent job fixing a leak in our roof. He was thorough in identifying the root cause and also pointed out other issues we hadn’t been aware of, helping us understand what was important to address while we already had scaffolding up (and what could wait). He went above and beyond to match our existing roof tiles, even driving a long way to collect them as they’re quite rare. His communication was clear and honest throughout, and the quality of his work was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him

We are very happy with all the re-roofing work done on our house. The quote for the work was very clear. Shane and Jordan were very profession, polite, clean and tidy. They work very hard and were happy to answer any questions. Shane kept us informed throughout the process by showing us the work they were doing through photographs and videos.

I would strongly recommend SV Roofing; highly professional, knowledgeable, punctual and extremely reliable and hard working. Finding a decent roofer can be a minefield. I would definitely use this company again if the need arose on future properties. The craftsmanship was outstanding and the scale of what they achieved was unbelievable. Shane also gave really great advice throughout and how to get building control involved etc. Really happy with the work.

Shane responded quickly to our initial enquiry, visited the property, listened to what we needed (re-roof of 1950s tiled terrace house, plus new loft boarding and insulation) and when, discussed options, then promptly emailed a competitive quote. We agreed a date and paid the deposit.

We were combining the re-roof with fitting of solar PV panels by another companly. Shane agreed to cooperate with them and to allow them to use his scaffolding.

The start date slipped by a few days because of weather conditions delaying their previous project, but once underway the SVRR team worked hard, kept us well informed on progress, and kept the site tidy. They accommodated our decision to have in-roof panels rather than on-roof ones, meaning they completed the stripdown and installed new felt and battens, then let the solar team get to work fitting trays and panels. Afterwards they were quickly back on site to tile round these.

They did a neat job in the loft, also removing an obsolete cold water tank at our request.

On completion they cleared up well and provided lots of photos taken during the work, plus drone footage of the finished result.

Communication throughout the project was first-class. We have no hesitation recommending SVRR.

We needed two box bay flat roofs replaced and went to market to obtain advice and quotes for the work.
SV Roofing and Renovations stood out from the others by a distance.
From the initial survey and obtaining a competitive quote right through to completing the replacement of our flat roof's Shane was polite, honest and dependable.
We had a decided to replace the existing felt roof's with EDPM but wanted to maintain the lead scalloped facias and with Shane's knowledge and guidence understood how this would look with a different roofing system.
The workmanship is first class, the flat roof's, with our required 'fancy trim', look great and the whole area was left clean and tidy.
We have no hesitation in recommending SV Roofing and Renovations to anyone that has a need.

Shane and his team did a great job re boarding and re-surfacing the flat roof on our garage and installing two new rooflights. We also asked him to install two sun tunnels in the stairwell of our house.

Shane came and gave us a quote promptly, and talked us through the pro’s and con’s of the different options, giving us a quote to reflect the options so we could make a well informed decision. When it came to carrying out the work Shane and his team always arrived on time, and worked hard in adverse weather conditions to get the job done.

Shane did discover an issue with our roof when carrying out the work. He notified us quickly, and took photos so that we could see the problem clearly. He provided a quote for this repair and then was able to carry out the additional work straight away to avoid the delay to the completion of the original works.
