Shane and team did an excellent job replacing the slate roof on my house. They were able to start the job quickly following quotation and prioritised getting the project completed briskly. The result is first rate and I'm really delighted with the craft that's gone into the roof. Great comms from Shane throughout and a really lovely guy. Highly recommended.

Shane did some rendering and lead work on a roof and chimney stack on my Victorian terrace to fix a leak. His quote was reasonable and he clearly explained the works being done and the rationale - including when a small amount of extra work was required (which Shane rearranged his schedule to do straight away). The work done was to a high standard and Shane and his team were punctual, efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend Shane.

Shane and his team initially scheduled to replace the tiles on the roof. They organised all the materials and scaffolding required. The scope of the work increased when it was discovered the roof beams were rotten and needed full replacement. Shane was able to store the tiles and able to reschedule our work until later in the year. During this time he worked flexibly around our other contractors to offer advice. His team were friendly, unobtrusive and didn't leave any mess when finished. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SVR and would use them again.

I had a new flat roof installed over an existing inverted bay flat roof. From the outset I was impressed with Shane customer service, He was able to provide me with a solution to resolve the issues I was experiencing with the inverted flat roof. Shane provided a detailed written quotation.
On the day of the installation Shane and team arrived on time and completed the works to a very high standard in line with the written quotation.

My flat roof disappeared in the gales of 2nd January 2024. Shane responded quickly to my initial enquiry, provided a breakdown of the work required, and started work promptly. He came when he said he would, and stayed until the job was complete. His team were friendly, polite and pleasant to have around. I could not have been more impressed. It is not often that you experience this quality of work with a helpful business relationship.

Recent storms (I believe Henk was the name) caused some unpleasant damages to the roofs, affecting the house and garage. This is the 2nd time I called them, the 1st time being in 2016 to fix the damage caused by another storm back then. Both times, SV Roofing did an excellent job to fix everything.

As an Architect I was concerned to ensure my kids could find a reliable tradesman to fix their roof leak problems. We found SV Roofing from reviews online. Shane attended very quickly with a temporary cover, then followed up with a comprehensive quote. He and Keiron then returned on the date given & both worked diligently. Advice was given on some extra bits of work to be done, which was helpful & sensible. We didn't feel we were being 'ripped off'! The final outcome is refurbished London 'butterfly' roof which will hopefully last many years. I would certainly suggest you give them a try!

This is the third time we have used SV roofing previously for replacing ridge tiles and then a couple of roof tiles following a storm. On all 3 occasions we have found Shane to be knowledgeable and friendly. He took photos showing every step of the flat roof replacement leaving us feeling confident of the quality of workmanship. He was very tidy during the working day and left our patio and drive immaculate on completion.

Shane and team were very responsive, sorted a quote and started the work quickly even with some bad weather. Communication all easy. Work was done to a high quality (photos provided) and helpful advice given. Would recommend!

I contacted Shane to make minor repairs to a tiled roof. He was polite, turned up when he said he would and carried out the repairs that left the roof looking like new again.

SV Roofing / Shane and his team were excellent from start to finish. They replaced the flashing and rendering on our roof. The result is a work of art. They also removed worn, wood cladding from the front of the house and replaced it with uPVC. It looks lovely now.
They were a pleasure to deal with, and they have a great work ethic. They arrived bright and early each morning, and worked through to late afternoon. They were very neat and tidy, and always happy to explain what and why they were doing. Very nice guys indeed.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs renovations, and would certainly use them again.

Shane and Rick were excellent from start to finish. Before they finished the days work they always left the roof watertight and cleaned away old tiles and general rubble. We were always kept informed on progress. They worked hard throughout the day and only stopped for very short lunchbreaks. SV Roofing was competitively priced and the work carried out to a high standard. We would definitely use Shane and his crew again.

Shane turned up, set to work straight away and was very diligent, even though a small job he laid the capping blocks really neatly and tidied everything away hosing down before he left! Very polite I’d highly recommend..
