Shane and his team replaced the flat roof on our knackered old dormer, retiled the whole thing, fitted a skylight and replaced fascias and downpipes. Would definitely recommend SV Roofing & Renovations - Shane takes a clear pride in his work and was polite, professional, considerate and tidy. Our loft dormer now looks fantastic.

Shane was very personable and professional. He explained the job clearly and answered all my (many) questions. Shane and his colleague were very respectful, turned up on time and tidied away at the end of the job.

Had our roof replaced and rendered the property. The final transformation has increased the value to the property tremendously and definitely reduced energy costs.

First rate work from Shane at SV Roofing & Renovation Ltd. We needed a roof overhaul involving relaying the ridges, replacing valley gutters, replacing lead flashing and repointing chimney stacks. I was very impressed with the quality and finish of the work and would definitely recommend them.

Shane and team did a fantastic job on our Edwardian clay tile roof. He accommodated our requests throughout and stuck to the agreed quote. Easy to work with and a fantastic job.

I’ll be honest, I was very sceptical about hiring someone who I didn’t know or who hadn’t been personally recommended to re-roof our house. However, Shane and Dan, were great. They did a fantastic job and were nice people. Shane was very honest and I liked the fact that he insisted we got the work verified by the council. He also kept the scaffold up longer for me so I could re-do my guttering. I would recommend them to anyone.

SV Roofing installed a new roof to the house and porch extension plus new facia and guttering. They also rendered the chimney. This was carried out to a high standard dispit the extreme temperatures in July. I cannot fault the work and would highly recommend. I have also had work done previously to a flat roof and many years in it is still perfect.

I chose SV Roofing out of several quotes to repair my roof and replace all fascias/gutters because they were competitively priced and had excellent reviews. After a couple of delays, once Shane and his team got started, they worked tirelessly until the job was finished - including through the two hottest days ever in the UK! From the start, you could see the standard of workmanship was very high. Shane kept me informed of additional work that it became apparent needed doing, and quoted a fair price. In the end they fitted a whole new roof on the rear extension, including ventilation tiles. They cleared up any mess at the end of each day and the finished job looks excellent. I highly recommend SV and would definitely use them again.

We had a new roof across 2 semi-detached houses, removal of chimneys, new tiling on the curved bays and the porches re-roofed. Despite the initial delay due to lack of materials (global shortage) when Shane and his team started, they really took pride in their work. They were pleasant and friendly, but got on with the job. The finished roof looks good and the way the flue was capped, just under the new roof, was very professional. The additional work identified as necessary once the old roof was removed, was reasonably priced. Shane’s suggestion to send photos of the stages of the job to the Building Inspector saved a further visit.
