Swan Petroleum have supplied my heating oil for the last 30 years and I have had brilliant service from them, from supplying oil to servicing and repairing my ancient boiler until I had a new one installed! They have always done their very best to accommodate my needs both with supply and finance. Can't recommend enough.

Really easy to book my oil delivery via the website. Competitively priced oil. Oil delivered on time, as arranged.
Unfortunately the driver did not follow the delivery instructions I had left when I placed the order. The oil pipe was brought across plants and shrubs rather than by using the access path at the side.

Ordered my oil which I had to wait 2 weeks for (which is fine that's standard)
However, the day of delivery came, and I had heard nothing. So, I called to be told that their truck was off the road and they wasn't sure when it would be back on.
Nobody had bothered to call me and let me know!
I called another company (Friday 1pm) and had my delivery on Monday with no extra emergency charge, and the oil was cheaper!
Funnily enough I called Swan back to cancel my order and their truck was miraculously back up and running!

Ordered online... Swan Petroleum have a clear pricing structure and an easy to navigate website.
Heating oil ordered and delivered as per quote with a clear notification of delivery.
Driver was very polite and very efficient.

My order for domestic oil arrived before the estimated delivery date. The driver was considerate and did his best to work around the obstacles when pulling the delivery hose to the tank.

Despite a text giving delivery date, and waiting in until 14:00 with no delivery

I contacted Swan to be told that the delivery would now be the following day, which was refused by myself.

After several more phone calls, a delivery driver with spare capacity was found, delivery was made by 16:00 approx

The little old lady who was out of heating oil excuse was not impressive !

Excellent. Good price, easy to buy, kept up to date, and a very friendly driver. Our first time buying after a recent move, so it was all a relief. Will use again for sure.

Good value (as best it could be in the current climate) and friendly delivery of all I needed. Would have welcomed, though, a phone call or email to let me know when to expect its arrival...

Truck arrived but couldn’t dispense fuel due to broken hose. Paid over 3 weeks ago fuel is only 87.9 this weekend and paid over 10p more. Delivery now scheduled for Monday fingers crossed no more issues.

Earlier than expected, and no issues

Didn’t deliver on time and paid extra for express delivery, when contacted next day, very unhelpful and couldn’t deliver for another couple of days meaning I ran out
Had to ask for the extra money they had taken for the express delivery , and although they agreed to this after speaking to manager, made it feel like they were doing me a favour and offering me compensation when all I was getting back was money they falsely charged me, not even an apology

Our oil came early which was wonderful we had a very nice pleasant delivery driver only thing I would say was good job we were here perhaps next time we could have a telephone call before hand because if we weren't in we wouldn't have had our oil
