For the first time in 26 years the oil in our tank ran out in the middle of January. I called Saturday afternoon and they got a delivery to me at 8am on Monday. It’s terrific service and the staff are friendly and helpful

Swan Petroleum staff are helpful, courteous and friendly. The price quoted for our heating was more competitive than a well-known nationwide 'broker', and delivery was made within the promised timescale. The oil was delivered this morning at about 7am; the driver was so thoughtfully quiet that we didn't hear him, though he must have parked below our bedroom window! Thank you Swan Petroleum!

Recently had the Oilfox central heating oil device and app installed. This was managed for us at Swan Petroleum by Millie and the installation was completed by Alan. Excellent service and communication from both. Very pleased with the timescale, service and follow up call we received. Thanks guys.

We use Swan on a regular basis and cannot fault their flawless service which is second to none. I usually have the pleasure of dealing with Becky on the phone who is phenomenal at what she does accompanied by a friendly and chirpy attitude every time. This is a company I cannot recommend enough.

I am a monthly DD customer and ran out of oil a few days before Christmas without realising it. Swann were brilliant and squeezed my order into the schedule even though they had stopped taking orders prior to Christmas. You may shop around for the lowest pence per litre rate, but when crisis happens buying loyalty means much more. They also followed up my call to ensure I had managed to get my order processed. Absolutely great customer service!

They were very helpful. Swan Petroleum sent a smaller van to deliver my fuel because I've had a build-out placed opposite my house for traffic mitigation so the big delivery vans can't stop safely. I was grateful.

Ordered Oil for delivery in 1 week ....never arrived !!!
Received no phone call ....called after original delivery date and eventually arrived 2 weeks after initial call.
Asked both sales department and tanker driver to fill 2 tanks and asked for 2 delivery slips/invoices . Put everything onto 1 slip/invoice !!!
