The person who took my call was a pleasure to talk to, and it was easy to schedule my delivery. Delivery arrived within the estimated time frame and there were no issue with the delivery itself.
I had an issue in that I hadn't received a statement for almost a year, which was quickly resolved for me during the call.

As I have already explained on the phone my original price enquiry was met by a male employee who was not at all professional or helpful, in fact he gave the impression I was bothering him and without soundly snobby he kept calling mate or fella !!

I am very happy with the quality of the…
I am very happy with the quality of the product, but I am not happy with the delivery aspect. We have to be in for deliveries and with Swan they can not give you a delivery time which means you wait in all day. It would be great if the driver could give you a call up to one hour before he comes.
