I have used Swan Petroleum for a number…
I have used Swan Petroleum for a number of years when it was owned by a previous company. The new owners do provide a good service when delivering heating oil.
However, during a previous delivery the Black Cap that must be removed prior to inserting the Filling Hose was damaged. The Black Cap was split. This could allow rain water to enter the Oil Tank.
I have made a number of requests asking for the Black Cap to be replaced.
To date:- No New Cap has been replaced.

I have been a swan customer for over ten years and have always found them helpful and obliging.Not the cheapest but you have to pay for service.Only one complaint in all that time was when a delivery driver failed to secure the filler cap on the tank,luckily I spotted it before it rained.Well done Swan keep it up.
