We are also AA Approved and recommended as of March 2017 We are a Tec4 Lubricants Service Centre so we are able to advise on the best treatments and service issues for your vehicle. We are on the Approved Garages Network, which means that you are always looked after and to the highest possible standards! You are also able to find us on the AA Garage Guide! We offer 24 hour recovery including specialist fuel drain services across South Wales, so if you break down we will be there to help!

Unacceptable service
My car been in for repair since the first week of September. Myself and my husband knew it wasn’t going to be a quick fix, didn’t expect to be put through this stress. They have given us so many different stories and empty promise it absolutely ridiculous,it’s become a joke, lost count how many times they haven’t returned our calls and given us false information or different stories on the whereabouts of my car.
I called into the shop to speak with someone, a young lad sat at the front desk on his phone while the receptionist was taking a call, he refused to acknowledge me and went asked to serve he laughed and said no. The customer service is the worst I have experienced yet.
Myself and my husband have been very patient, surely a little customer service wouldn’t be too much to ask for, it’s only been 5 months!!! All my friends and family members can’t believe what we are going through.
Maybe one day they might return our call ??

AA recommended , after breaking down in Swansea the AA safely got me to Swansea tyres ltd, who had agreed to repair my broken alternating timing belt, after a phone call from the road side by the AA mechanic. My car got repaired , I felt the cost of the repair was very fair, Garage staff extremly friendly. can only give high praise and a big thank you.
