Power 7 worse e bike I have every used it’s worse than using a normal non electric bike, I would rather go for non electric than this garbage or a e bike it’s so terrible it uses more man power than without electric and is even slower

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I had issues with my bike and wanted to give it back after a few weeks and they refused to end my contract early. I ended up paying for nothing for many months. I was told in store I would not be charged and that the contract was terminated but they continued to charge my account. I disputed these charges and they added even more fees for a stolen bike. It's a total scam! They do not take personal circumstances into account.

Hey, we have a 14 days withdrawal right afterwards you can not end your subscription before the official end date, this is also the case for 6 month subscription. You can always use your bike during the period of rental.
