well it went very smoothly. took 13 minutes for the whole transaction, no issues at all. im very impatient so i got quite nervous but it really isnt that deep. awesome platform.

KYCed me bc i accidentally sent the wrong amount, then after i completed the KYC, outright ghosted me. still no response. 5k down the drain

False charges for services

Genuinely the best crypto service I’ve seen. Excellent support too.

it works for monero in eu, easiest way to get it if you don't have a bunch of BTC and don't want to go through KYC.

I have done over 50+ exchanges using the platform and anytime I have a issue the support team responds in less than 10 minutes and is on it. I love this service so much I dont tell people cause I want it all to myself.

It simply works, there's nothing more that needs to be said. It works, and works well!

A feedback I would give is to increase the amount of feedback to the user while confirming, I started getting anxious after it got confirmed in my XMR wallet (10 confirms) but the site was still confirming and it took like 30 min to transfer. So more feedback like "it can take up to X time" or "it's doing a review" or something like that would be great!

Other than that, nothing to complain, it's a great service!

Swaping my XLM to SOL without struggle in under 3 mins. Without lot of fees

Lost 83% of value during a transaction between BTC and XMR. I set the mining fee reasonably and their FAQ claims they take a modest fee in return. This site is a total scam.

very quick process with pretty low fees to swap, I've used swapswop for over 3 months now and i haven't had an issue yet.

my transaction was taking long, so i emailed them. They asked me to complete a KYC check, so i did, for a week and a half now, I've barely had any updates, and my funds are being held against my will. would not recommend

I have used this site many times over 2 years or so. Never an Issue, smooth swap

$3k exchange stuck possibly stolen
Guy named Giorgi Oniani pushing me to KYC even though I dont want the exchange done anymore since kyc is needed. When I asked to send back he says they can't when he actually should just send it back since he doesnt want to exchange it. (indirect stealing)
They're using sumsub and forcing upon going through kyc (which doesn't even work correctly, has errors valid for 3 days asks for millions of questions source of funds etc thats not called kyc)
When I opened the KYC link it showed me that they just resell the changenow service probably with some commission on top.
Keep in mind changenow itself allows you to opt out of kyc by emailing them and they send your crypto back and cancel the exchange.
Here you will be told it is impossible to cancel the exchange until you fill out a link which has its own issues. Been waiting since a week, replying to their ticket doesn't work always have to make a new one to get a response.
My mistake was to listen to my friend that this was a good service which didnt enforce kyc and I trusted them to be helpful and understanding.
$3k is a lot to me, I can now understand how they are managing to keep their fees low. I'm assuming small amounts go through and when it comes to bigger amounts they pull this scam. Never using them again.

ive exchanged about $50, ltc to solana, sol to ltc, sol to matic and other exchanges

all without problems, low fees, no account, and low minimum exchange amount (i was able to turn 80 cents usdc into matic gas)
