sent an email and the issue was resolved within literary 20-30 minutes.
been using swapswop for a while, it usaly dont take more than 5 minutes top (unless the user do something wrong, woopsi) + low fee's and no kyc.

I had a transaction stuck on their…
I had a transaction stuck on their platform. They answered my initial email within 15 minutes, provided updates every hour they were looking into it, and had the situation resolved and funds in my account within 3 hours. I have used them multiple times and this is only the 2nd stuck transaction out of 20, but they have been resolved within 3 hours each time.

I use their service since 2021 for swaps between coins and networks depends of situation. I prefer them than exchanges with KYC since their service is no KYC.

Great Support
I've used this service before, without problems, but this time around I made an accidental double transaction because my wallet software claimed that the first transaction had failed.
When contacting the support via mail, my ticket was immediately acknowledged, and a human member of the support team responded within two hours, committing to a time frame for resolving my issue. Next morning I had the confirmation that everything was resolved.
All in all a very seamless and satisfactory experience, that I can wholeheartedly recommend!

I was supposed to send Base Ethereum to get Solana. I sended my Base Ethereum to the adress I got from the swapswop.io (I posted basescan but not allowed to post links) and after sending I was waiting maximum 1 minute and it was done. But after receiving in my phantom wallet, it immediately sended to some fresh wallet with all the funds already in phantom.. (I posted solscan but not allowed to post link)
I have also screenshot proof that it was done but cant post images. I dont know how they were able to send it from my phantom wallet thats very weird?
I sended email which probably will never be answered, but if they prove me wrong I will update here.

I sell Twitter accounts and had a customer pay sol to swapswop in a swap to ETH, as i only had my eth wallet with me.
Now swapswop held 1800 my customers sent, and after that my address got flagged and my 500 swap also got stuck.
They are telling me the money is seized. I cant decide what customers pay with. And the 500 i sent from my own wallet was also locked! They are a bunch of low life Thieves watch out!
Anton is the worst he wont reply to you and will gladly take your money.

swapswop review
swapswop is the only service i use for swapping BTC to other cryptos like XMR. ive heard a little about swapping issues in particular using the float rates but have never experienced it so far and the service has been great. I believe as always there is room for improvement which is why i gave 4 stars but this is definately the best exchange website for secure and fast swaps at good rates.

I tried swapswop.io for the first time and sent a small amount of crypto, having learned years ago not to send any significant amount on any platform for the first time. After following the instructions for a swap and confirming the Pay-in transaction went through to the correct address, I returned to swapswop.io to find an error occured (possibly timed out). So, I notified Customer Support and Anton E came to the rescue, seeing through a manual transaction same day! All this occurred without any assistance from myself, as I was busy dealing with a family emergency. This is absolutely the best customer service I have ever received online. After attempting a follow up transaction of the amount I originally planned to swap and experiencing a similar situation, I reached out to Customer Support and the results were even quicker.
