Excellent quality well made product

I ordered the buy one get 2 sabers from SWA Sabers on Dec 7th with the hopes of getting them for Christmas. I asked customer service if they thought this was possible. I got a response right away saying that they would be here in time. The sabers took about a week to ship and they arrived on December 22nd on time as promised. The sabers are really good quality and very durable. The kids loved opening theirs and it was great to play with them on Christmas. These sabers are so great, I just ordered 3 more before the sale is gone. I can't wait to get them. Thanks SWA Sabers!

Saber works great… so many options for sound and colour. Ordered it as a Christmas gift for my husband and he sure loves it

I am very happy with the quality of the lightsabers, they are very strong and you can dual hard with them. Also very good customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered a bundle deal for Black Friday/ Cyber Monday. Three sabers for $400, a price which I'm very happy with. This kind of heavy duty duelling lightsaber is generally out of my price range, so this promotional deal made them affordable. I am happy with the design. The blades are easy to install and are held quite secure by the screws, though the screws are very tiny and I forsee them being easy to lose. (If they sold a pack extra screws as a stand-alone purchase, it would definitely be a great deal.) I love the color variety, with twelve to choose from. The colors are fairly rich and look good even in the light. The hilts are sturdy and feel good in my hand. The sound effects are good, with a solid speaker and good volume. There are a number of sound selections. Using the one button to control every function takes a bit of a learning curve, but it's easy once you get the pattern of holds and presses down. Each saber came with a charging cable, but no charging block. This is my one problem with the order. It's a very low voltage block (5 volts and 1 amp), so it's not common to just have one lying around. I had to order one just to charge my sabers, since I'm afraid using a higher voltage block, like the 20w for my cell phone, will fry the lightsaber. Had they included even one block for the order, this would have been a 5-star review.

I ordered three sabres in the buy one get two free deal. They took forever to arrive even though I paid extra for them to arrive sooner and once they arrived I’ve discovered that 2 out of the 3 do not charge. And after several attempts of trying to get in contact with the seller I have not received a response for weeks

I’ve not had the pleasure of trying their cosplay sabers, so this review will be around their combat sabers.

I’ve used three of their sabers for fun and in combat and they’ve withstood all I can dish out. On one occasion, a fastening bolt that holds the blade in had come out after repetitive powerful strikes. Unlike some other sites I have bought from, SWA sabers use multiple(usually four) bolts to secure to saber. If this rarity ever happens, the blade won’t just fly out in combat. SWA truly put function first ahead of fun.

But fun was not neglected. The many added features such as music, colour variations, and large variety of saber sound effects based on your favourite character’s sabers offers many ways to goof around or customize the feel of your saber style.

Tracking and shipping information was largely unreliable, but despite a delay they arrived all the same, safely and ready for use.

The durability of these sabers cannot he undersold. I’d avoid sand though, as I dropped one in a sand pit. The sand was course, and rough, and got everywhere. Taking it apart to clean was more work than I expected, but all the same, the saber worked just fine. I only wish they offered a cleaning or maintenance bundle on their store, as I use these outdoors. Dirt or sand is a constant irritation for me. XD.

I highly recommend them. Just be prepared for a late delivery on occasion.

Wish I had seen all these negative reviews before ordering. These were the first hilts I have ever ordered from anyone and was so excited to get them because the images of the outcast saber I ordered were beautiful. Upon arrival of the hilts after ordering (took 3-4 weeks to arrive) the 2 free sabers were fine. The main hilts how ever we’re not. They were Ashoka hilts but weren’t the ones I saw advertised on their site when I placed the order. I emailed immediately thinking that my sabers were defective as the clips on the end were rusted. Upon further inspection and internet searches, I noticed these weren’t the same hilts they advertised. These were from a different company I found. The rust on the clip is how they make their product as a weathered look. So how do I get hilts from a completely different company in SWA packaging? I emailed them pictures showing what I found and have got no response at all. They even blocked me on instagram when I reached out there and made a comment on someone else’s post. Very shady company. Buyer beware!!!!

1st time buying sabers and this was a great experience...all 3 sabers came packaged well and the quality is present right away...the hand held is heavy and feels like quality...I had a user error and was helped immediately after reaching out

Not answering at all. Very expensive, Customer Service not existent, click bait special offers. Internet criminals will never get punished for actions like that. Disgusting human beings.

Don't get tricked by fake offers.

I placed an order for the conqueror light saber and 2 free saber bundle on the 22nd of November and they arrived the 08th of December I tried asking if there was any issues but never really got any responses and when the sabers arrived the dura blades were scuffed and the plastic wrap used for them had been damage since they stuffed everything in one package. Yes they work and looks great but its handling could have been better considering I paid 400+ dollars for the merchandise.

I thought the shipping was fast. The saber was packaged very well and had usb cables for all three sabers. Also comes with a stand. It looks great and has a good hefty feel to it. Very well crafted and the sounds are amazing. A movie quality lightsaber with sounds that are very worthy. LOVE IT. And I couldn’t beat the buy one get two free deal.

Ordered the buy 1 get 2 free deal for Christmas. Got the Sabers within a few weeks of ordering. They look and sound great. Easy to reach on Instagram and they respond quickly as well. Ty SWA

Put order in October right adress wrong post code have email loads of times for help as evri are now saying it's a lost parcel left comments on face book for help and ive been blocked there no help avable going to have one upset little boy

I saw negative reviews about not receiving the order on time and was concerned after ordering. After placing my order it said I would receive it i a few weeks but my order was processed, shipped and I received it early. Everything works perfectly and is of excellent
collect quality. My kids spent Thanksgiving battling it out in the living room today and had a great time. I would highly recommend this company.

Terrible customer service. They won't reply to my emails. However, I ordered a lightsaber and a stand, I got the saber but not the stand and its been like almost 6 months. The saber is good quality but it looks like I got scammed on the stand because no one will respond and it still hasn't shipped.
