I was extremely disappointed with SWA sabers. I’m a huge Star Wars fan and I wanted to get a gift for my family and saw the 2 for 1 deal online. I made the purchase and initially was satisfied with the speed of them processing it. However, when the items arrived, the saber was defective and was not working in terms of sound. I reached out to SWA sabers online and initially had a response from them to show them a video of the issue. I provided the evidence that the saber was not working properly. As soon as I showed them the evidence, our communication went dark. I messaged them multiple to see how we can get this resolved. No response. This is a scam and I would never recommend it to anyone again.

My saber broke, and when I wrote to the company, they didn't respond. To repair or to refund. Their customer support is non existent, so though they have a returns policy, they don't stand behind it

SWA Sabers talks about Lifetime Warranty and 24/7 support. Nope.

Saber broke almost immediately. SWA Sabers won't respond to my emails or through the chat function on their site.

My son thought the sabers were the best birthday present he'd ever received. Then one of the decorative buttons fell off, at night, outside, on the lawn. We looked for a long time but no luck. So I wrote to SWA Sabers to tell them of the minor problem and their response was . . . nothing. Radio silence for nearly a month now.

I needed to get my bank involved in order to get a refund for product that they didn't ship and would not ship

These are so cool! I've always wanted a light saber.

I, like many others, ordered during the May 4th sale and still haven't received any response or the actual products yet after many tries over several months. And as I was reaching out again, I see an ad for their Halloween sale. If they haven't caught up with orders from months ago, why are they having more sales?

I ordered 3 sabers on may 4th have had minimal contact with the company since and the savers never arrived. Very disappointed and feel scammed.

My order has been sitting with a shipping label but not moving for a week because Canada post is on strike. The company doesn’t answer messages and doesn’t have any other form of contact. Terrible experience so far and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The dark saber blade is shorter than anticipated. It measures 30 inches from the hilt, not 36. The blade and hilt are stunning. The hilt is heavy and feels like a real sword, not a toy. Initially without any dedicated instructions, we used the generic pamphlets that accompany our dark saber to charge the battery. Took longer than anticipated with over 8 hours to charge using the USBA to USBC cable supplied. The dark saber can be inserted incorrectly, and that's what I did. I inserted backwards so the blade would not turn on. I waited for 3 hours in chat to get a response. Uploading a video would have been faster it seems. As soon as I uploaded the video, the human on the other end noticed the blade was not inserted correctly and we resolved all issues. Halloween is saved!!

Delayed product, it was the aesthetic we ordered but had none of the features that were described. This is a drop-ship company that promises a high-quality product especially for the price, but delivered a Wal-Mart piece of crap.

SWA Sabers is a very shady company. They don't mention that everything the send is imported from China. I bought the buy 1 get 2 additional. According to Shop App, the merchandise arrived in the US from Hong Kong via UPS. Where it supposedly sat in customs for 4 weeks without being released. According to UPS it never was released from customs. According to SWA Sabers they do not provide refunds for merchandise that never arrives to their destination. Don't trust this company. Don't trust the Shop App. And don't trust UPS. Placed my order 08Sept2025. Received no updates from SWA or UPS until yesterday that UPS is disposing of my package.

Sure it took some time to arrive but, the quality...

SCAMMERS - Don’t touch this company with a barge pole . Ordered on the buy 2 get one free offer , back on the 4th MAY !! Paid £373 and then was asked for £74.60 VAT , which I paid immediately. It’s OCTOBER now and no sign of the sabers .
Multiple messages and emails have been sent to the company , all completely ignored !! Disgusting company , APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Pity I can’t rate no stars !!

The button on my saber fell off two days after getting it and they went respond to any messages. Do you this I would not recommend

I ordered the buy one get 2 free promotion in September, one of my savbers had an issue with the button not working, the support was so helpful and responsive, they sent me a replacement saber within 10 days and all of them are great and durable, love the quality and the sound effects. I had a very positive experience with them, would buy again, I am eyeing the LSW saber for next purchase.

So, I placed an order after my 18th birthday, I ordered 3 sabers under the buy 1 get 2 free deal. I also paid for 1-2 business day shipping. After this I was told that I would have to wait around 2 weeks for the sabers to be made (that's fair, I'd rather they be quality). However, after the date where they said it would be out for delivery, I waited 2 business days and my order still hasn't arrived and my tracking status hasn't changed. When I attempted to speak to them via their website, they have made no response after the last 3 days with me sending at least a message a day.
Unless this changes in the next few days I wouldn't recommend buying from them and definitely don't buy the "lightspeed" shipping.
Okay, so a few days after I made this review the sabers arrived. They are pretty much as advertised. However, I still wouldn't recommend buying from them as the delivery times are extremely unreliable and customer service is almost non existent. And definitely don't but the 2 day delivery.

I was able to take part in the buy 1 get 2 free promotion to purchase for my husband's 40th birthday.

At first I was confused and a bit disappointed. I had ordered the Pixel Blade for the first saber and, when you do you get DuraBlades for the free 2 sabers. The blades weren't acting as expected.

I sent an email with pictures and and immediately received a text clearing up that we had the wrong blade with the wrong hilt (but not the ones we expected). It was a quick swap and the whole room was lit up.

Great product. Great deal. Amazing customer service. I absolutely recommend.

The light sabers had weight to them, have deep instructions on how to work them and just over all easy to put together and amazing all together. Over all great purchase had a ton of questions and had someone answer all of them and helped me out a ton

I was fortunate to get a buy 1 get 2 free deal on a set of durablade sabers. All 3 are equally high quality. The audio and visual effects are very cool. The build quality is on par with a high end tactical flashlight. I would suggest SWA mention their build lead time prior to shipping. Once my order was ready, it shipped very quickly. I did email them after 5 days and they responded next business day with tracking info. Have patience you must!
