Purchased during the B1G2 free deal and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The quality of the cosplay saber is unreal as well as the two dueling sabers. I reached out to customer service several times during my purchase and never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a response, which they were always more than helpful. Will 100% be choosing SWA for my future saber needs!!

First off. The hilts are the perfect size. I got 3 different ones. Each fits in your hand nicely, and could be seen actually sitting on your hip. Unlike some other companies that send you something overly bulky and unusable really.
The lighting and sounds surprised me. The motion sensitivity too made my jaw drop. Everything you hope for in a saber. This is it.
My package got held up in customs, but thats not swa's fault. Everything on their end was smooth, and their product, is exactly what the pictures and videos show. Worth the wait. They shipped the box after a day. But mail handlers took a little bit. 10/10 would reccomend and am Buying again

First off, great product; sabers are super cool, look and sound great!
The best part, you can actually PLAY with the sabers, not just look at them.
Lastly, customer service was top notch, texting with me at 8pm EST.

Just ordered the Savior and the saber is excellent quality and perhaps the best on the market in my humble opinion. I highly recommend SWA sabers!

The sabers are high quality and the blade is very durable. They are made to engage in mock lightsaber battles.

The sabers are very sturdy and constructed well. Very durable as the ceiling fan in my living room gave it a really good test (kitchen light too).

The electronics package has some nice surprise features. Not sure why the don't uses these as a selling point but maybe they want the user to find these on their own. They will bring a smile to your face of that I am sure.

Shipping times were about three weeks from date of order till arrival at door. Items were packed good as nothing was damage during shipping.

My only complaint is the owner's manual has the tiniest print for those of us who can't see. Just do yourself a favor and go online at their site for the Operation Guide.

I haven't needed to contact customer service for any reason, they have kept me well informed during my order process (email updates). I will update my review as needed.

We received our sabers sooner than expected, and my son has barely put the saber down since receiving it. We’ve already had quite a few duels, and the durability of the sabers is impressive, not to mention the great look and sounds. We’re very happy with our purchase!

Ordered 3 sabers. All incredible quality and beautiful designs. It is a bit complicated reading the user manual but once you get it done it's all easy. Only main problem is for combat swords you kinda have to use the screws (comes in a bag with charger) or else it will fall off. Overall this was an well worth invest as I ordered these during the anniversary

i love my sabers, i got six and they are all awesome this is the best light saber company in the galaxy and if you ever fill like buying one i would really recommend the savior II pixol blade it will be a fine addition to your collection . thanks swa sabers

I am rating this as one star because I cannot give it less. My son purchased sabers from SWA during a buy one get two free promotion. They never shipped the sabers. I have reached out via email five times and never received a response. I have tried their one line chat 3 times and never received any type of response. They tried to tell me they shipped, but they could not provide a tracking number (again no response) and their site showed they were still in process, not shipped.
I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau as a fraud/scam. My bank has said there is nothing they can do to recall the money. At this point I am probably never getting any sabers or my money back.
I warn you to stay far away from this company. Do not give them any business.

The lightsabers are amazing. The hilt was made of metal. The color is beautiful especially at night. The internals when dismantling is made with quality. The sound quality sounds amazing as you sway the saber around. The shipping says 3-5days took a little longer for them to build it but the wait was worth it.

I got sabres during the buy one get 2 free period and was not disappointed, not only are the sabres comfortable and durable during battle, they also look great and have a bunch of setting for changing how your Sabre sounds and what color the blade is. Plus the fact that everyone in my family has one is a huge win. Great company

I sought out replica lightsabers for an upcoming occasion and landed on these guys. Took a bit longer to ship than stated, but everything arrived in solid condition. Only real problem I have is that two of the sabers don't have the right size screws to hold in the blade, but coming from someone used to collapsible plastic toy sabers, this soars above that. Appropriately bright and colorful, and good sound.

Zero responses from SWA Sabers despite several attempts to reach them, both through their live chat on their website and by email, no responses whatsoever, placed the order about 4 months ago and haven't heard a thing, zero customer service response

Found SWA on instagram and applied fir their ambassador program, requesting my sample Durablade Starter saber. Wasn’t honestly sure what to expect, but wanted to be certain I wasn’t peddling something terrible. It arrived and, after a full charge, I started playing around with the functions and features.
First, it was LOUD. Startled my partner upon first ignition. The “instruction” pamphlet can be a tad confounding due to its size and font, but quickly I picked up on the controls. Single button works well, and the gesture controls are solid. Any unintentional feature activation seems to be from a lack of precision in the gesture rather than the saber itself.
The multiple fonts are well done, the background music is solid, and the colors are clear for an RGB saber. Look great on film.
The Durablade itself has already taken several hits that would have shattered my previous sabers and shows no sign of wear.
I am thoroughly impressed, and have no hesitation on representing this brand.
I have yet to deal with their service department, so I have no way of rating that yet. Considering actually purchasing more so I can duel with my kids without worry of breaking the sabers!

My 18 year old son spent his birthday money on two sabers. Communication has been non-existent and after three months he still hasn't received his sabers. I have emailed asking for a refund but still not response! DO NOT BUY from this company.

Scam. Definitely avoid. Subpar products and a customer service department that will just ghost or ignore you.

We ordered 3 lightsabers for my son's birthday during the buy 1, get 2 free sale. So we purchased Obi Wan's with a pixel blade, and then selected 2 others with the dura blades. The order took about 2 weeks to be delivered, but we didn't pay for any expedited option, so that wasn't an issue. These were birthday presents for our son. To say these were the favorite present is an understand. He is playing with them while I write this review.

Some assembly required: you will need to charge the blades when they arrive, and then assemble them. The operating instructions are straightforward, but took a bit of use to fully understand. Trial and error was my teacher.

Overall, I am glad I bought these for my son. I'm sure I'll aquire more in the years ahead.

I would go negative stars if that was an option. My son order 4 and paid $1,300. They came and two are non operable and one is not what we ordered. All 4 have different batteries and charge differently. No instructions on how to assemble. I reached out to customer service and told them we had an issue. Upon seeing it and live chatting with me, they asked for pictures and the order number. I provided and then poof...totally ghosted me. We will be filing BBB complaint, disputing the charge, and posting negative, but honest, reviews on every platform imaginable. BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS COMPANY.

First off, I messed up initially. I put the wrong address because it was connected to my Google Pay, and Google automatically added the address after I manually put it in, changing it.

Second, I emailed them IMMEDIATELY telling them I wanted to cancel the order (Aug 9th mind you, and two of them) and they never responded.

Third, I sent an email today, and gave them proof of everything, and they just said "We can't give you a refund if it's already in transit. It has to be returned to us." If I could return it, I wouldn't be asking for a refund.

TL;DR:
I sent two emails, with proof on Aug 9th, and sent one today (Aug 21) and just got an email back today saying they can't help me.

Never ordering from them again, out 200+ dollars because they don't want to answer the emails which is support's job.

I suggest you DON'T buy from them, and I suggest you find a different website. This is asinine.
