Absolutely atrocious / non-existant customer service, item still not arrived after 7 weeks. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from this company.

Website says 3-5 day shipping, it took 2 1/2 weeks to get an update. My suggestion is ask the chat bot "where is my order" and then the site will actually update you on where your order is. Most likely in Hong Kong.

My sister made an order on May 7th, since then she's emailed them 3 times on updates, one moved the date, and she heard nothing from the other 2. Order tracking was last updated on May 20th saying her order is ready (its August 14th as of writing this). She hasn't received them yet but she's been getting emails requesting reviews of her sabers. Honestly, avoid if you don't want to deal with a headache.

Sabers arrived fine but the connecter piece I ordered never arrived they have ignored every email I have sent and refuse to replace or refund me.. other from somewhere else that’s 40 euro they just stole from me

Like many others, I too had been waiting for a number of months for a promised product with no sign of its arrival. Trying to get a hold of someone from this company is as painful as pulling teeth. False promises and no contact after taking my money for the buy 1 get 2 special.

I managed to successfully dispute my purchase and got my money back, but SWA still claimed that my products arrived and challenged my dispute.

This is one of the first times I have been so burned by a company that I believe I need to warn other people to stay away. Entire experience has been a massive headache.

I would give a zero if possible!

Ordered with the buy 1 get 3 deal and they took the money and never sent the sabers. Waited greater than 90 days.

They even had the gall to ask for 5 stars when they didnt deliver the goods and didnt respond to emails or shopify (shipping) app messages.

Bank of America reversed the charges.

Beware of this Chinese scam.

Delivered faster than we expected. Excellent quality! Impressive.

Ordered Buy1 get 2 free back in May never received my order! Multiple attempts to contact but never a response finally filed a dispute with my credit card and they turned it down SWA says order fulfilled but did not provide any tracking or shipping confirmation how is that possible. All I can say is STAY AWAY! Cannot be trusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They could be better with their communication for sure but I received both orders (6 sabers). One saber is a Pixel blade and it's fantastic! The other 5 are durablade Sabers and very capable for dueling with the kids.

The Pixel blade is more than capable for dueling although not recommended. I ordered the pixel saber bundle first but it arrived a week after the second order I placed. Either way the quality was worth the wait.

The blades are easy to assemble and easy to charge. One of the chargers was broken so they said they would send me a new one.

Really enjoying the durability of these sabers and the colors are really vibrant battery life is also exceptional

I got 3 sabers from the buy 1 get 2 free sale recently. It was surprisingly fast to get shipped to me. I got the Kybercore, Guardian, and Acolyte. They are very robust and I have been dueling with my kids for the last 3 days. The only times we have to put them down is to get charged. The app that goes with it is amazing when it comes to customization as well. I can't say enough positive things about these sabers, thank you.

I placed an order (#5502) on May 4th and have not received any part of my order and I have not received any replies to any of the emails I have sent. I have received several emails asking me to rate my experience and sabers but I have not received anything. When I try to reply to the rating request asking about my order I get no reply. I have seen some good reviews and would love to be one of them but I have nothing good to say about my experience so far.

Receiving the sabers was fantastic, took a little longer than I was expecting. I ordered mine on July 9th got a shipping update on the 18th and got it delivered the 23rd. Pretty sure the site said 3 to 5 days so I was concerned after a week went by. I've ordered from China before so when I figured that part out I was good, would had been better if I knew that from the start. Now the sabers themselves are of an awesome quality do not hesitate to order it's not a scam just takes a while longer than the site says. Something SWA should seriously consider is changing the time window, if it said two to three weeks I wouldn't be happy but any rage would be held in check until after the third week. I am very, very happy with the sabers, two Vengeance for my nephews and the Assassin for myself. Personally I'm not gonna crap on a company for making me wait longer than I expected if the product received happens to be exceptional, so 5 stars from me. Would I order again? a resounding yes!!

Timely delivery. Everything does up in good condition. Easy ordering, good communication about order status. LOVE the lightsabers. All the different options are awesome, we have had multiple lightsaber battles on our front lawn. It had been so much fun.

Not worth the purchase from these crooks. I see some people have received their orders, but there's also a large number of people that haven't. I spent 387 during a May 4th sale and never received any part of my order. They won't respond to emails and the chatbot will gaslight you and say it was fulfilled. Don't give these people your money!

These sabers are amazing! They are very high quality and made of durable materials. The handle is made of metal and the blade is made of a very hard plastic. There is also a speaker that plays the sound effects and it’s at a nice loudness level. Overall, they feel great and the ability to be able to change the colors along with the sound effects is great.

Was worried about reviews at first but took a chance. My three sabers came within a reasonable time and it was worth the wait! My kids love them and so do I! Also customer service got back with me with a shipping timeline within a day to make me feel more comfortable with my purchase.

They can do what they said they were going to. Wtf. Still haven't received my order and I cannot find a single actual contact point. Hope this business fails, the owner goes bankrupt, and becomes homeless.

A very frustrating service from a company that clearly havent got the set up to deal with the volume.

After leaving a 1* review because I genuinely thought I was being scammed, the company contacted me, despite ignoring previous emails from me. When you order, they are not clear about timescales The customer service was appalling and rude, there are no help articles or information on timescales, they simply say 3-5 days. We waited 1 month but they did arrive and despite my son getting a different saber than what was ordered he was happy.

If you are in the UK don’t bother with these guys, I had to pay an extra £60 in VAT and the service was awful.

Not worth the stress! And my advice to the company is get your team some customer service training and reply to emails! That might stop allll the negative reviews!

I ordered the Darth Maul saber staff and it came with two free sabers. One of the free sabers was the wrong one (which I get, it was during the May the 5th sale), that was able to be overlooked somewhat. The biggest problem is, the saber staff WILL NOT CHARGE! I have tried every method to contact them, and they have completely ignored all my messages, emails, etc... I would NOT recommend ordering from them to anyone!!! it took a month to receive it which I don't mind, but come on!
