Bought for the 6 year old he loved it and the service was top notch overall fantastic

I spent over £30 to get free next day delivery on Thursday at 8am didn’t come till Monday I emailed them got ignored and the parcel come all smashed up with the cans popped in side

I’ve Always used sweet one and never had any issues before I ordered on 31/7/21 before 3pm usually had my order the same day around about 5:30 pm after not getting my order I sent an email the same day asking when I would receive my order it was just under £40 and it states if you order before 3pm and it’s over £30 its free delivery and it’s same day delivery i haven’t received a reply to my email my money has been taken from my account I don’t mind waiting for my order if it’s going to be late or if there is a problem with it but a reply would be nice especially after sweet one have already have taken my money I have no idea when or if my delivery is coming very poor communication very disappointed as this has been a great service even though out lockdown will send another email tomorrow if no reply will be getting a full refund and will never use sweet one again !!
