Can't recommend sweeties enough! From my very first order, and now a sweeties regular! Everybody needs a little pick me up sometimes after all! I've ordered treats for myself and the family, surprise deliveries for family friends during lockdown and even gifts to be sent to family in Kent! Ordering couldn't be easier through their website and quite often have offers on. I've also ordered with ease directly through the owner on their Facebook page. Nothing is too much trouble, they are very accommodating, work to budgets and add personal touches which I feel makes all the difference! Whenever I've had a question or an order, its been an immediate response, and I've even received orders on the same day, if not then following day by the very friendly delivery team. I've recently had a baby who has unfortunately not been very well and spent a week in the neonatal unit. When we came home, there was a lovely message on our sweeties congratulating us which really made us smile. When i want to order a gift now my first thought is sweeties! Treat yourself to a sweetie pizza they are amazing!

I was let down by another local sweet deliverer. Contacted Sweeties and they got straight back to me confirming order and delivery options. Delivery was on time, the children were thrilled and I was titled the best Auntie in the world, all thanks to the team at Sweeties! Your customer service is outstanding, I won't be using anyone else, thank you for all your hard work!

Sweeties are great! They were a lifesaver during last years lockdown with their local free delivery service. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly recommend for all your sweetie needs ❤️

I have used Sweeties several times over the past year having local deliveries in lockdown & then via the new website they set up. The quality of the sweets & packaging is excellent. I was really pleased that I can now use them for the grandchildren further away to get sweeties delivered as well as local children. It is such a personalised service adding child's names & who from . The shop in Beccles is a child's (& big child's) dream. The golden tickets are really special allowing the child to take the ticket into the shop & choose their own sweets. Nothing is to much trouble for the Sweeties family. The DPD delivery service they use has been great as well

They have the best selection of sweets and chocolate. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. My daughter loves coming here and the staff are always so kind and patient with her when she picks her sweets!

Brilliant quality sweets, with a great selection in the pic n mix bags. fast delivery, awesome service. Highly recommended company. My new go to for my sweet treats, only downside is you can’t stop eating them so not good for the waistline lol.

The Beccles store is amazing my children love going in as it feels exciting and special to just walk through the door. I fully recommend the pizza boxes fab birthday gift or just a weekend movie night.
All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. So much choice and if you need something that little extra they will do their best to help.
