Very happy with overall service. Very nice presentation. One small gripe-I put the wrong delivery address by mistake and I wasn't able to change that address myself, I had to go back thru the supplier hence there was a delay in communication and it went to the wrong address. Perhaps this is something that can be rectified in future?

I got the prosecco supreme hamper sent to me from a friend for my new home. Such a lovely idea and came in lovely packaging ❣️

Order arrived promptly but was not as described. It was described that it would be presented in a gold coloured box but instead it arrived in a green open tray. It looks smaller than I expected.

Bought a lovely Easter hamper for my Irish family. Kids were made up (yes it’s been opened and scoffed 2 weeks before Easter 😂). Delivery was so quick. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Although the hamper came super quick the recipient was extremely disappointed with it. A lot of the items were generic and not the branded stuff she wanted. It was 44€ and so underwhelmed with it. The sweets were the brand you get in mr price.

I’m repeat customer and ordered a birthday hamper for my grandson expecting it would be delivered in time. I’d ordered in good time. When I realised it had not been delivered I contacted the company, the issue was resolved. Birthday balloon and badge replaced at my request. This was the first time an issue arose and I will be sending another hamper very soon.

I ordered the hampers on the 23rd Dec to be delivered Christmas Eve & also emailed a request for a personal note to be added.
The email response was quick, friendly and helpful.
Both hampers were delivered on time, with the personal message and were very well received. Thank you!

I have been buying these hampers for several years and the quality and service has always been excellent. My grandsons love to receive the hampers as birthdays and Christmas presents.

I have used this company twice now. I live in the US and sent to family in Dublin. Excellent customer service. They helped me adjust something for one of the boxes. Boxes arrived quicker than expected and nicely packaged. Kids loved theirs. Will likely use them again.
