Sadly

Sadly, I did not receive the product and am awaiting a refund - whilst the customer service initially dealt well with DHL sending a stock photograph of the front of our property that was 2 years old as 'proof' they had attempted delivery (the building now looks very different!) a second attempt was not arranged and I therefore requested a refund - I lost the slot with our builder to install and now I have to start again - very frustrating

Ordered a magnifying mirror £175 10x…

Ordered a magnifying mirror £175 10x was not great quality and was certainly not 10x more 5x, when advertised it said free returns, but no instructions how to return , when I called the office I was told I had to pay for it to be returned, it cost me £15 I was given back the delivery charge of £9 but awful customer service.

I have heard nothing from you and not…

I have heard nothing from you and not received my purchase. Ordered 26th April 26. Delivery was due 2 biz days after order - expensive purchase which is a gift. I am really disappointed. Please let me know when I can expect delivery. Hilary Benson

Item was never available - wasted time ordering and waiting for dispatch that never happened

Ordered on Tuesday, showing 2-3 day delivery on checkout. Chased Friday to be told item was not available. Refund issued but this is only part of the problem as any competent supplier would know - trade needs the parts to be supplied with lead times as advertised. You cannot rely on Majorelle to have the items available or to meet the advertised lead times whatever their website claims. Other suppliers are available. You have been warned!

Great communication makes for excellent…

Great communication makes for excellent customer service - the goods were out of stock when I ordered them but I was kept fully up to date regarding delivery.

Sadly, Royal Mail held the items in a Mail Centre for over a week but that's another issue!

Thank you, I was kept informed about the progress of my order and it arrived by Royal Mail, very securely packaged as soon as the supplies came through. In contrast with my recent experiences with another well known courier company.
