Thanks a lot
After 2 weeks I am still to receive the item that I have ordered. Still not even an email acknowledging my purchase not any means to receive any information regarding my purchase.
The whole lack of information makes you look like a scamming web site.
Update: Thanks. Indeed after we spoke yesterday I am looking forward to receiving the item today and after confirming what is in the package, as we discussed, will be ordering the second valve I need through you as well. Just a little suggestion that will avoid any other misunderstandings with other customers is to be sending them, if and when possible, updates on your order for them from abroad along with estimate delivery date to your warehouse. That will put a lot of customers at ease and will give that feeling of “we care” to reassure us. Thanks a lot and will check if trustpilot can amend that rating to 5 stars.

I Did speak to your son (it’s not clear who is who from the order) saying this would be delivered in the first week in Jan which was OK’d as you ordered this while all our manufacturers closed down for Christmas. I know this as I made the call and I’m the owner.
No one can get these items in the UK faster that us.
