Misleading stock.
Informed in stock, ordered, payed, waited, then email saying no stock.
Wasted my time.

I had an issue with the item delivered, but that was resolved quickly, the product has absolutely done the job

Advertised a product that wasn’t available. Ordered a Saneux toilet on a Friday, they didn’t notify me that it had been discontinued until the following Monday.

Really great company. Went above and beyond to get my order sent out as quickly as possible such a good service. Will definitely use again.

Excellent technical advice and first class communication. Order delivered on time schedule as promised.

I haven’t received the product that I ordered so can’t comment on the quality of it however the customer service is distinctly lacking. Firstly, no idea of when the product will be delivered- it’s a tap, they’re not making it specifically so should be able to give an idea of a delivery timescale. Secondly, 2 emails sent to the address provided by Majorelle for enquiries about delivery with no response.

We needed a shower quickly and the service we received from Mike could not have been better. From our first contact to receiving the shower just a few days later communication was good. We also ordered another part which we found we did not need. The cancellation and refund process was completely painless. From beginning to end nothing was too much trouble. A perfect example of exemplary customer service. A bonus was the product was exactly as expected and a lot cheaper than our original supplier.
