We cant thank Mathew enough! We had 3 surveys done throughout last year on 3 different properties after having to pull out of the first 2 sales. After the first survey it was a no brainer to use Mathew again. His survey was spot on and came through so quickly with so many helpful pictures and a thorough survey. Nothing is too much trouble and even after the survey advice was given on certain things we needed. Mathew is very approachable and friendly and we would use you again in a heart beat Mathew! I commissioned a RICS Level 2 survey with Swift Home Surveys, and Mathew Whitehurst carried out the inspection. The service was excellent from start to finish: professional communication, a very thorough inspection, and a report that was clear, detailed and genuinely useful. The condition ratings and supporting photographs made it easy to prioritise next steps, and the recommendations were practical (including where specialist follow-up checks would be sensible). We found Mathew on a comparison website, Mathew emailed me quickly with his availability and pricing, we decided to book with him and the whole process was seamless. Mathew kept us fully informed throughout the whole process and although there was a slight miscommunication with the vendor, Mathew kept us informed. Mathew completed the survey and had it emailed over to us the same day, the survey was completed in great detail. Mathew’s communication is great and his level of detail is also great.
