This review is long overdue, but one I felt compelled to write, we contacted Mathew in October 23' to carry out a Home Survey and Valuation on a property that we were purchasing, appointments were made when we had the bad news that our buyers were pulling out of our house sale, Mathew was so helpful even wanting to return our payment in full, we were optimistic that we would get another buyer which we did and Mathew at very short notice to help us organised another appointment and carried out the most detailed survey including like others have said over 200 photos all delivered by email on the same day as the survey was completed, his response to all my emails were answered promptly, it was a joy doing business with Mathew and as we all know the moving and buying process in a very stressful time, if all areas of the moving process worked liked Mathew house moving would be stress free, we can't recommend Mathew highly enough thank you once again for a job well done.

Mathew provided an extremely detailed Level 2 Survey with hundreds of relevant photos. The report was easy to understand & all photos were referenced clearly. Mathew conducted a level 2 RICS survey for me and I was very happy with the service provided. He sent through a very detailed report as well as almost 300 pictures to reference each of the points. The report was sent through the same evening of the survey and communication was smooth at every step.

Mathew was fantastic and as the name suggests...very "swift" and efficient! We got the completed survey the same day!

He contacted the estate agent directly to setup an appointment time and then did the survey all within a week of initial contact.

The survey itself (RICS2) was very thorough. Even going as far as to lift drain covers and check drainage.

He provided 40+ photos to show the work he had conducted, including spirit-levels and other readings, alongside boiler, water tank checks, roof space and all the usual outside stuff. He even checked taps worked and toilets flushed properly.

Excellent Service. Mathew booked our house survey within a month of us contacting him. His rates are highly affordable and for the service extremely worth it. We had a Level 2 Home Buyers survey and received the report, with photos attached within 24 hours. Our survey was so informative that it highlighted some huge flaws with the property and in the end we ended up pulling out of our sale.

Mat was absolutely brilliant when doing our survey. He provided us with a very detailed report and backed this up with loads of photos which was extremely helpful. What a brilliant survey we had from Mathew.
Mathew covered everything from loft to drains the survey report was sent back to us later the same day with lots of photographs and a very detailed report.
