Excellent service! Very in depth but not too overwhelming, backed up all points with photograph’s which gives a great idea where to look and helps with plans for repairs ect.

Highly recommended. Rang less than a week ago and for a small extra charge Matthew carried out the survey on Saturday morning and I had a very detailed Level 2 report with 365 photos covering all aspects of the survey by Saturday evening so I am ready to proceed first thing Monday.

The survey itself is very very thorough and is written in plain English, explaining anything a layman might not understand in a clear way.
