Scam company

I have pretty much the same story as everyone on here. Parcel never turned up, despite tracking saying it was left on my porch. Email and telephone number for swiship not working and no way to contact them so my parcel is lost or stolen and no way of getting money back. I had ordered a game from Hitster.co.uk who sent it with this scam courier. Hitster not responding to my emails either. Absolutely disgusting!

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company, made no attempt to deliver my parcel but claimed they left it with reception when they never came near my house which I could prove as I have four cameras looking down the drive and around my house. Meant I had to get into an arguement with my supplier who as far as they were concerned had fulfilled their order as the courier claimed they did. I asked for proof of the delivery and the courier sent a Google map with a tag showing the end of my road so not even showing that they came to my house. I would never use this company ever.

Shameful Excuse Of A Courier

Didn’t bother to buzz, just left it outside of my building at 9PM. By the time I saw on tracking that it had arrived, at 11am the following day I checked and it was GONE. Have had to ask for a replacement and file a police report.

Absolute disgrace of a company that should not be used by anyone. No way to contact them either, just so shady. These guys make the likes of Evri look like angels, utterly disgusting.

Terrible company, no contact mechanism - avoid if possible!

Tried to ‘deliver’ package twice though no trace of any attempt (despite wife being in on both occasions and ‘looking out’). Very frustrating as no way to contact through ‘tracking app’ and worse - on looking up contact details, the address returned an error. Would avoid if you can as the companies that use this carrier also seem to have trouble dealing with them - we are no closer to getting our stuff! Hopefully the companies keeping this carrier afloat will go elsewhere. Update - the company I purchased items from also cannot contact the carrier and are about to send a third time.

Scam

I needed to sign for the package, but it was never offered at my home. It still says it is delivered, but there is no way to contact them, and no way to see who actually signed for my package.

Waiting for a package from ebay…

Waiting for a package from ebay delivery is with amazon swiship it was dispatched 4 days ago said would be delivered next day it did not come tracking stuck for 2 days have emailed them twice supposed to come today still about 160 miles away when I have emailed the just keep asking me to contact the seller. Just an update pack finally arrived it seem to have been everywhere but came in the end

Swiship (shitship) are liars

No delivery from Swiship (shitship more appropriate). They said delivery was left with neighbour but never stated what neighbour and no calling card either. The items were not delivered. This company are not incompetent,they are crooked and need investigating. The company I purchased from are now backwards and forwards with emails yet I still haven't received a thing. £350 down the tubes. Any company that uses swiship should be boycotted, only buy from companies that use reputable courier companies like DPD, DHL etc. EUFY UK are complicit on this too

If I could give a minus it would be -100 ... Tracked 'delivery' driver on my cameras and he never came near my house but ' package delivered ' now the host company is blaming Amazon and vice versa... Meanwhile I have nothing... Give any company (Ultamea) a swerve

Sent wrong place but good neighbour

As title, they sent the package (book folder) to wrong place and said sent to mailbox, but my package definitely cannot fit in mailslot.

Luckily the neighbour sent me back in person, he is a good man.

To retailers, NEVER use this carrier AGAIN, it does not worth risking your money and customers.

Absolute liars

Was home all day, I had no delivery. Apparently it got delivered to a neighbour. Doesn’t say which neighbour. My ring cctv confirms no delivery has been made.

Absolute liars.

Item was apparently delivered

Item was apparently delivered, but as the final destination hub was over 100 miles from where I live, who knows where it went - joke of a company!!
UPDATE: the company I ordered from sent me a replacement, that didn’t arrive, then another was sent out, and according to them, all 3 delivery photos were different places! I have no issues with the company I ordered from just swiship, absolutely disgraceful courier!

No parcel delivery

No parcel delivery, the website shows that is out for delivery for about 4 days and unfortunately I didn't get my parcel, is impossible to contact them. It doesn't show any kind of delivery attempt. Nothing at all. I wish to get help.

Absolute Liars

Had a package that was meant to be delivered on the 2nd of November 2024 (tracking ID -> UK2038340001). It says on the tracking site that it was delivered, however it wasn't. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them till date and still come up with absolutely nothing. No contact numbers, nothing apart from being able to track on their site. Has to be the biggest scam currently online.

Where's the proof that the parcel was delivered and to what address? Who took it? Absolute disaster

Why sellers keep using them beats me.

Liers, they never delivered!

Said package delivered but no proofs, I haven't got the package, waited 7 days before contacting mysweetsmile
And when they told me delivered i could not believe it! Now I'm trying getting my refund or re ship item ,if that doesn't work gonna go through the small claim court .
