Arrived on time as promised
Ordered some charging cables from Anker on 12/10/2024 and they were delivered the following afternoon. Was a bit concerned when I read all the negative reviews on Trustpilot, however package arrived as promised with full tracking info along the way. Actual courier was my friendly guy from Amazon!

Says package was delivered to my door - nothing there. Tried to contact shipper but they only offer a tracking. No way to contact anyone or file a missing package claim.

Same as other one star reviews package has not arrived! No way to contact SWISHIP a complete joke in this day and age. Tracking software claims package has reached ‘mailbox’ whatever that means! Avoid this courier!
Bad delivery service
Had a delivery this afternoon courier rang the bell, and before I had chance to answer he was by his van i said hello and he pointed to the doorstep , that’s where he left my package , he didn’t know if I was in or out . Anybody could have picked that up because it was in view of everybody . This service is not acceptable. What a company .

Once my item was shipped via swiship I came here to look them up (never having heard of them before). I was alarmed to say the least!
My experience was the complete opposite of the majority listed here - communication & information on where my package was at any given moment was spot on & they then delivered it in good time too - & my house can be hard to find.
All in all, a painless experience 👍
Awful service your a delivery company…
Awful service your a delivery company so deliver your dam parcels to peoples doors extremely lazy left parcels down stairs as I live in a high rise block of flats don't forget people have cctv to prove your drivers wrong had my parcel stolen as they failed to come to the 9th floor and knock my dam door you don't leave anything anywhere as a delivery company and there all the same if somone hasn't opened their door and physically taken the parcel from you then you leave a card and take the item back with you simple and yet again like every other postal service there's no way of contacting them or reporting them

This company fails to deliver. I'm waiting on a package to be delivered and the tracking states package is in transit. That is nearly a week ago.
I don't expect any package to be delivered. And, there is no contact number or email to get in touch with the company.

I was due a delivery from New Direction…
I was due a delivery fromc new direction tackle on saturday 3rd August 2024, i was in all day , no delivery was made and yet it stated on tracking that it was delivered at 2.04pm.
It wasnt delivered to my house at all.
I think swiship are absolutely disgraceful & i shall be taking this matter further.
I am in contact with the supplieer who are holding an investigation.
I want to know where my package was delivered & i intend to get answers and i shall take this to the very top if i get no answers.

I bought some bicycle handle grip from eBay and the seller sent it by swiship. I got the notification saying it's been delivered but it obviously haven't. I contacted the seller and eBay help centre and they insisted that tracking is provided and it's been sent. I think this company is fake, fraud and probably stealing people's item. It's disgusting!
Package not delivered
Package not delivered, no sign of delivery to any or which of my few neighbours. Their tracking system says that the tracking number cannot be found and there is no way of getting in touch to get a more detailed record of where or to whom the package of some value was delivered. Very, very poor. I would prefer to give no stars as they are clearly not prepared to take responsibility for the package.

The package was left on the porche or somewhere else, nobody calls me and I never received it. Impossible to contact customer service because there's nothing on the tracking website. I think this carrier is completely unreliable because there's no customer service. I don't recommand of course!
Terrible company should be shut down
As with everyone else here have had multiple dealings where the package was left on the doorstep . No one knocked just dumped. Door is on the street so effectively left on the street. Only way we knew was a notification on the phone.
Now a parcel has gone missing, says it was delivered but nothing there. Large box so must have been left then stolen.
As long others have written now proof of delivery, no way to complain or seemingly trace a parcel.
Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience. Have no problems with other couriers but these have supposedly delivered twice but haven’t on either occasion. I live in a gated estate and all they have to do is press a buzzer but I don’t think they even bother trying. Seems to be no way to get in touch with them.

Says delivered, have cctv and a van pulled up then drove off. Didn't even get out. These drivers are stealing the packages. Obvious by all other reviews. Hopefully drivers get there comeuppance. Disgusting and no contact.

Liars and scammers. Full CCTV of entire property. Marked as delivered. Not a single person has come close to my house all day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Disgrace.

No estimated time in 2024 is unacceptable and neither is inaccurate final delivery time, I had a parcel from swiship via Amazon state delivery by 9pm, I waited all day until exactly 9pm to take a shower then I get a notification saying parcel first attempt at 8:17, when it was actually attempted at 9:17, absolutely infuriating, I understand all these 1 star reviews, I will never ever order direct from Creality again.
