No estimated time in 2024 is unacceptable and neither is inaccurate final delivery time, I had a parcel from swiship via Amazon state delivery by 9pm, I waited all day until exactly 9pm to take a shower then I get a notification saying parcel first attempt at 8:17, when it was actually attempted at 9:17, absolutely infuriating, I understand all these 1 star reviews, I will never ever order direct from Creality again.
Delivery definitely not attempted or received.
Just received my tracking number and checked to find it says delivery was yesterday.
No items were attempted to be delivered on the time and date that they state and I have video surveillance that can prove this.
I can't believe this company gets away with this BS.

This company can do what it likes and there’s no way of getting in touch. They said they had delivered my package when they hadn’t . No one to get answers off. Thank god for PayPal,they refunded me. This has got to be a scam as it seems to happen all the time after checking the reviews. They obviously didn’t deliver my package so where have the goods gone??? Must be a lot of people’s money going into someone else’s pocket! Scum

Disappointed with Delivery Experience
I received my package today, but unfortunately, it arrived in a disappointing condition. The package was torn open, and surprisingly, it was empty. I am disappointed and frustrated.
It is unacceptable that the package arrived in this state. Whether the items were stolen or the package was not properly sealed and consequently lost during transit, this situation reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the attitude of the courier, the way he delivered the empty package was concerning. Their casual demeanor in handing over a damaged and empty parcel added to the overall disappointment of the experience.
Moving forward, I advise the company to take greater care in packaging and handling shipments to ensure that similar incidents are avoided in the future.
Overall, my experience with this delivery was unsatisfactory, and I hope that steps will be taken to prevent such this from happening again.

Swiship aka Swindleship
Swiship, or swindleship!, i awaited a parcel from a company who used swidleship uk, 1st parcel has disappeared although they did deliver to a reception.(i don't know which reception as i don't have one), so second delivery looked promising, tracked no problem until it arrived in scotland. Then they failed delivery, and then apparently on the same day tried and failed delivery again. I have had no contact from this delivery company at all, i just feel sorry for all the companies who are using swiship.co.uk as they must be losing stock constantly. Absolute disgrace of a company. And they are apparently affiliated with Amazon, which is doubly troubling, when amazon cant do anything either. I wish i could give the company -infinity star rating but won't let you post a review without at least 1 star. I hope companies read these reviews and steer clear of this delivery company, if they even get to call themselves that.

Supposedly delivered 2pm Saturday 17th Feb but not to the address provided. No means of contacting anybody to find out where it was delivered. Amazon no help other than provide the details of who the carrier was. Product supplier advised that I should contact Amazon. Round in ever-increasing circles!!!!

Swiship/Amazon Logistics - unavoidable stress!
We use Amazon Logistics for our Multi Channel Fulfillment orders who in turn use Swiship (or probably own them!) for their deliveries. We also use Parcelforce to send our own packages and they have not lost one parcel in over 650 deliveries.
Swiship however have now said they have delivered two parcels recently, including one "behind the garbage bins", however neither were delivered according to our customers. Upon appealing this with Amazon they just told what we already knew from the tracking that it had apparently been delivered. They were unable to provide any POD or photographic evidence which most courier companies can. We now have to send our customers another product or a refund which means we are out of pocket with no possible recompense from the greedy Amazon machine or Swiship.
Amazon already treat their 3rd party FBA sellers with complete contempt so this is just another negative to add to the list! AVOID if possible.
