Employees with an attitude problem

Delivery in cardboard box left out in heavy rain because the delivery driver could not be bothered to walk another 5 metres in leave in the dry porch at the front door. An employee with could not care less approach.

Appalling service waited in all day…

Appalling service waited in all day they said the attempt to deliver failed didn't give a reason , same today waited in all day they have said I rejected the parcel so it will be returning to the seller very very dodgy indeed seems like they are keeping these items for themselves these drivers disgusting service I'm fuming! 🙄 🤬🤬🤬🤬 probably keeping our items and selling them on been reading all the reviews which are more or less saying the same these people are scammers without a doubt! Need stopping 🤬🤬🤬🤬 are they even a real company? Has anyone actually seen a driver or a van they come in 🤔 make you're blood boil don't they , especially the lieing 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Marked as delivered but never received even though I was in all day

Ordered from petwellbeing and they use this courier. Item never arrived although it said delivered. Petwellbeing kindly sent a redelivery but the same thing happened, even though I was in all day to make sure I didn’t miss it. Scam company…..

Thanks to petwellbeing for redelivering for a third time with royal mail

Stolen £399 phone.

Stolen £399 phone.
Packages thrown over wall with contents missing.
Lies about 'handed to resident'.
All since Swiship started showing on tracking.
Not what I pay £95/year for Prime for.
Amazon should seriously reconsider working with this dreadful company.

Absolutely clueless

Absolutely clueless. Attempted delivery on a Sunday when nobody was there and then reported it as a 2nd delivery attempt and that they were awaiting instructions. The driver even called me and I said to try again in a week day so no idea why it's now on hold. Ridiculously awful.

Package never delivered

Placed an order on neewer.com and got a tracking number for delivery with swiship. Couldn’t track the number and in a couple of weeks I contacted customer service on neewer and they were able to investigate the case and told me that it was reported to them as delivered, but I never received the package. They sent me link with all tracking information and it shows in the report that it was delivered. Sooo disappointing and they don’t have a publicly accessible contact information for resolution.

No contact details

My package is still showing as out for delivery as from 7 June when I enter my tracking number. There is no phone number for Swiship and seems to be no way of contacting this courier company. Do not use!

absolutely terrible delivery company, full of lies...

On 25th May 2023, i was supposed to receive delivery of Eufy Video Door Bell costing £149, directly purchased from EUFY UK. I came to know that the delivery will be made by swship.co.uk as displayed in delivery status. First, it displayed delivery time around evening that day. then it updated saying the delivery would be NEXT DAY (on 26th May). Ok fine with me . The browser was open in my mobile and suddenly I saw a note "Package Delivered". Shocked! I tried to see its customer svc to call but in vain! then i emailed to EUFY directly and EUFY replied to wait for a week to see if I could receive.

On 5th June, EUFY followed up with me kindly asking if i received or not. No I had not received. It then messaged confirming a replacement has been sent. Swiship sent me a link for delivery. It was supposed to deliver on 7th June afternoon. when i checked status at 3pm, it said "package delivered 2.44pm. i was home with my guests and it was a total lie of delivery! I complained and emailed to EUFY immediately. It is now checking with this lying delivery company! I would suggest anyone to make sure your delivery company is not this one at least!!!

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company, seen on my doorbell it was tried to be delivered. Watched the delivered guy on the camera walk away up the road with the package then I received a message saying package was delivered with neighbour. They haven't sent a picture to prove this and they haven't sent the neighbours details so I've no idea what neighbour has this. Also no calling card. So that Is me without my package and out of pocket. Joke of a company.

Terrible delivery company

Terrible delivery company. No contact details to speak to anyone, says item was delivered when I wasn't as was home all day! Shocking company should just close down their company as so many reviews saying same thing. No photo, not with neighbour not in a safe place. Any company who
uses this company I will refuse to buy from them. Shocking service when item Says delivered but god knows where it as it can't be found anywhere and doesn't even leave a note.
