The transfer is very fast, and it takes two to three minutes to arrive. Unfortunately, only USDT can be withdrawn, while others such as BTC, ETH, etc. cannot be withdrawn directly. If it can be improved, I am still very satisfied.

Smooth, good service for buying XRD.
Had some issues with credit/debt payment but I don't blame Switchere. I was able to deposit Bitcoin and do an exchange for the currency I was wanting to buy. Everything went smooth will definitely use again to purchase $XRD!

Payment in combination with creditcard app doenst worked fine
When using the app on iPhone, is doesn't worked quite wel in combination with Visa-app. After verifying the payment in the Visa app, and going back to the Switchere, the app automatically goes further. The app closed then automatically the 'verify button' from the Visa app. So the payment is then not verified, and then there is no payment. I know this is a small bug but is is very annoying. I had a chat with Switchere over this bug. They keep telling it was my problem, and that the app worked fine. On the PC, webbased Switchere worked fine. Only 3 stars, because i want Switchere for mobile (app) use and not PC webbased use. (sorry for my bad english, is not my native language)
