After fighting with unicom for months…
After fighting with unicom for months to have my account closed (I left the unit they supplied) i am now being billed again, this time for not having a direct debit in place and for having a paper bill! Why would I have a direct debit in place for an account that was meant to be closed? I have not had keys to this property since February 23! Worst company ever to deal with!

Stressful
I signed a new contract in September, heard nothing til November. Unicom continued to charge me out of contract prices at £2.25 per day standing charge. Phone call after phone call to Unicom trying to sort it out, they kept promising to return my call but it never happened. I then received an email saying that they had made a mistake with pricing on the paperwork which I had signed so I was being charged out of contract prices for their mistake. Terrible customer service but they are always on the ball when trying to sell you a service…… I have now found a lot cheaper at Bionic.

Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. I am getting charged over a grand a month due to 'estimated readings', which they can make up arbitrarily. Each month my bill increases by a couple hundred pounds despite my usage staying the same. Only God knows where my money is going.
Counting down the days until my contract ends.

My elderly parents closed their business account in August and are now being harassed by unicom for unpaid bills. All our bills have been paid, business closed. They email, text and sent threats to pay a bill that isn't ours. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Sent round in circles on phone.
