Terrible company
Terrible company. Almost like a group of amateurs sat in a room making it up as they go along. They simply hang up if they can't deal with your call, customer service is the worst I've ever come across.

Was told we needed to switch from old school landline to VOIP. They've bundled in a broadband package which we do not want or need. Phone line wasn't working properly anyhow - no outgoing calls. They want us to pay £1400 in termination fees. Avoid this company.

Polite and helpful staff
It's a little difficult to be connected to the correct person, the options to choose the correct department are limited. I had to speak to 2 separate departments before being connected to Chloe who was friendly and helpful and got me sorted.

Worst phone line I have experienced
Worst phone line I have experienced, Unicom use this phone line plus .
I have had this over a month now nothing but trouble, need to reboot the router otherwise the phone don’t work.
I reboot the phone weekly and this last time after rebooting the phone is not receiving calls and only call out. Call them so many time with so many issues. Do not use this company for you phone line if you are a business user, phone not receiving call you will lose money on your business.

Should be minus ratings as I would not give 1 star but need to so I can do a review. Excellent example that all businesses can sell a product and then their after service is not fit for purpose.
Unicom does not support their customers who are running a business but who still pay Unicom.
I am still without broadband since from December 24th and as it’s digital I have no landline. The fault was found by Openreach excellent engineer who said it was the modem and that should have been released by Unicom end at the start! And the checks I was asked to do were not relevant for a digital set up.
Engineer came out on 5th and now the 9th still no modem, after asking that it would be sent be next day delivery.
Called today and was told nothing had been ordered and had no information on it or awareness of it. Then later in the call was told it’s been ordered and will be free as I was told before?! If Unicom are going to Blatantly lie to their customers make sure you’re saying the same thing, was just told they had no record of this!!
Again asked for it to be sent out next day delivery of which she said it was not up to her.
I asked to be put through to complaints and was told they don’t have a telephone but just an email!
I need my internet and telephone for my business, for bookings etc my livelihood, completing my needed paperwork and in supporting a relative daily with dementia. Unicom are not fit for purpose and should not be providing services for businesses.
I am sure I will get the reply that it’s been dealt with. Not good enough and I am still chasing and causing unnecessary added stress.

Terrible Service
Well what can I say about this horrendous company Started in November 2023 and still on going. Cutting the phone line of a small business (hair salon) by mistake leaving a hair salon all over Xmas with no phone. Tried and tried to get this problem resolved can’t tell you how many phone calls ,e- mails later and still no resolution Staff just are not interested customer service is a joke. Never ever trust or use this company

Absolute joke of a company £3 a day standing charge for electricity my bills ran up.and up and up still no further forward with them wouldn't release my meter details until paid In full after charging me this amount for a year and still I get another bill when I'm now ment to be with a new supplier rude and unhelpful staff with no interest in helping even tho this company has put me under huge stress and still demanding money

Terrible company, terrible services, terrible customer service and will rip you off. Completely off market and cold call on elderly and vulnerable customers applying hard sell tactics and then apply business line prices/terms to residential customers to charge over and above the market rates. This company is disgraceful!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After having issues with Unicom since our contract started we were finally able to leave them. 31/12/23 was the end date and suprise suprise they have not cancelled any of my services! Have spoken to 3 different people today and been cut off twice already. Literally the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Avoid like the plague. Disgraceful company.

Contacted Unicom on behalf of elderly neighbours due to an issue with their one and only phone line. My neighbours are elderly and due to their rural location do not have a mobile signal and they do not have a mobile phone. I contacted Unicom on their behalf and Unicom can see that there is an issue with the line but until they speak to them directly they will not do anything to correct the fault. Unicom do not understand the situation or their customer base. I explained that the landline is their only means of communication but still they show no compassion to help with the situation. Disgraceful situation.

Get passed around on the phone for over and hour to be cut off and no one calls u back 😡 wish I’d never signed up with this company and can’t wait to leave them
