Amazing customer service
My order was delayed due to problems and Royal Mail. Lovely Lauren was incredibly helpful and managed to track its whereabouts… I’ve just collected my parcel from the depot and the collar is absolutely gorgeous!! Very happy customer. Thank you ☺️

Beautiful high quality products
The speed in which my order was delivered was fantastic, and the collar, lead and harness are stunning. The only fault would be the lack of stock. There were a few items i really wanted to buy on the website but most was sold out and when ever i have checked back a week or so later, its still out of stock. Im not sure if this is a supply and demand issue but either way its a shame as i would love to buy more!

Gorgeous things for your pooch…
Saw this company as an Instagram advert, and then bumped into them at a local makers market in Stockport last year. The website and items are gorgeous and really bring a little touch of luxury for your pooch. My little one isn’t big enough to wear the collar just yet, but she’s going to look beautiful in it. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Best Shop for Luxury Dog Products
Have been shopping at Swoof since we got our dog. My boy loves everything we get, incredible quality, toys that last a long time before he tears them apart. Always looking forward to what's new from here. Would recommend to everyone with a dog, or bringing a puppy home.

An amazing dog brand, will be buying lots more!
Gorgeous products with a massive range of different items available, they also have amazing service & delivery! Only point I would say is the website navigation is sometimes a bit complicated, but other than that will continue ordering from this brand and will be shouting from the rooftops about it :)

Perfect items
I purchased some collars for my dogs, there was a lovely selection, very pretty colours. I also ordered a brush and some paw balm. The website is easy to use and order on. As soon as I placed my order I received an email with an expected delivery date. The items arrived on time and were beautifully packaged. The collars are gorgeous, have plenty of growing room, the dogs even enjoyed a nice brush. I’ve also used the paw balm and I am very pleased with everything. I would highly recommend using swoof.
