Busy time for SWS with the rollout of their FTTP network but we were installed quickly, professionally with minimal disruption of cabling and fit. Network was provisioned within 30 mins and down and upload speeds into the router as expected for the 300mb service. A professional job all round, good contact by the sales and customer support team.

Great company with excellent customer focus … the ability to actually talk to someone when you need assistance is rare and most appreciated. We are based in a rural location where none of the major broadband suppliers could be prepared to provide us with a usable BB service. Well done SWS keep the good work and continue to provide a service that is both innovative and progressive.

I have been a customer of SWS for 3.5 years. There have been a few issues over the years but they have quickly been resolved. The SWS team are absolutely fantastic, nothing is ever too much trouble, they really do go that extra mile for their customers. Thank you SWS.

I opted for the government's gigabit upgrade as I live in a country village. I have been with SWS over 9 years & have always had good service from them. We are fed via a radio link & occasionally the atmospherics will cause it to drop out, but SWS always tell us & restore it promptly. The 2 engineers who installed our new B/Band were brilliant & didn't stop until it was finally fitted. Excellent service from an excellent company.

So helpful cannot praise them enough! I have never written a review anywhere before so I must be very pleased.

It's great to find a company that not only provides a brilliant product but actually has an excellent after sales service. The product, installation and value for money cost was beyond my expectation and I'm so pleased with all the team that had various parts to play. I will recommend SWS Broadband to all my friends & family..

Fantastic product and service, providing broadband where the other isp’s either don’t or can’t be bothered. Fast and reliable broadband, fast and highly efficient engineers and excellent customer service (which other company can you be on first name basis with the staff?). Would highly recommend to anyone.

What can I say..... It seems to be a company run by humans for humans. Ordering was so easy. Not one company in the country could install Internet for me..... until SWS came along. Whilst out for a walk a chance meeting led to a recommendation. So glad I followed it up. Installation was excellent and I have not had a single issue with SWS. The product is ideal for the Internet and Television such as iplayer and other catch up services. If you want good service you can't go wrong with SWS. The staff have real names......

The installation and day to day performance is very satisfactory - it is particularly gratifying to know a skilled technician will answer my call on the rare occasion I need this - not all broadband suppliers are set up to repond so effectively!

Living in the countryside, our BB started to lose speed. ISP could not be bothered! After speaking to a neighbouring farm who use SWS, we contacted them. I cannot thank SWS enough! They have saved my job, as I work from home and could not work due to issues with upload dropping to 1mbps! Excellent customer service, engineers fantastic! Thank you so much SWS! highly recommended.

I cannot be any more enthusiastic about SWS and its customer service. The installation team turned up when expected and took great trouble to make sure the external installation was as discreet as possible. We had problems connecting via cable - but it turned out to be our cable that was at fault. Sam spent a good couple of hours with me on the phone to sort everything out. What patience! The internet speeds are great and we are more than happy with the choice to switch to SWS. Highly recommended.

I moved to my new and remote property on 21 December last year. SWS went over and beyond to enable connectivity for Christmas. Over the last 2 months SWS has worked with me to ensure I have optimised the configuration of all my equipment and has provided immediate and excellent support for all my questions. The service is outstanding and I will undoubtedly be a customer for many years to come. A great experience.

Called the tech support to help me divert calls to my mobile,it was sorted out immediately without any problems

We've been with SWS for years, can't recommend them highly enough! We have lots of different lines and accounts which can really complicate things. Sam is an asset to the company, extremely helpful and patient with us. Thank you for all of your fantastic support.

We lost broadband service just after midday and rang SWS as my partner needed to work online. The very helpful guy at SWS checked that we were connected to the radio mast ok but needed to reboot the power to the box between the radio dish and the router. We did this and were back online within 3 minutes. Excellent customer service.

The small Village I currently live has now has Gigabit capable speeds! none of the big providers care much for rural communities. Thank god for SWS
