Have been with SWS for 9 years. We live down a lane and the phone lines can only provide 2MB broadband which is pointless.

SWS have provided near fibre speeds over the years. We run our business using it, the kids game online and we all stream a lot.

We wouldn't be able to live and work here without SWS,

From initial contact to finished installation, SWS has been absolutely brilliant to deal with.

I originally contacted them with a few questions regarding their services, which was answered promptly and with great detail, but to the point. I have to say that it was very refreshing not having to deal with pushy sales!

After we decided to go ahead with installation for their wireless broadband, it was all arranged rather quickly, which we appreciated. The engineer turned up right on time, was very friendly, answered all our questions and worked in a clean and tidy manner. The installation both inside and outside has been very neatly done and everything was up and running perfectly when he left.

To go from our lousy speed and unreliable ADSL to now enjoying 90mb, we feel we've finally been brought into the 21st centaury! The service so far has been spot on with no issues and any questions we've had after installation has been answered quickly by their very helpful and friendly staff.

Couldn't ask for more really, highly recommend SWS!

We have been with SWS for over five years. They provide good old fashioned service which means the phone is answered by a person rather than a machine directing you to a website.
Problems are dealt with efficiently and politely every time you require assistance.

SWS has now completed the installation of a broadband connection into our village hall.
From first approaching SWS to the completed installation the service provided has been first class. Never pushy, always helpful, very informative, extremely patient and always very easy to contact.
The engineer who installed the system was spot on time, courteous, professional and exercised great care when working on the property.
Excellent technical support was provided in setting up the connection to the specifics we required.

These guys just put in a 200mb service for my business. It's been working flawlessly for a month now and we're already seeing huge benefits.

They came out to my elderly Mothers internet problem on the same day she reported an issue ( simple guidance regarding wiring and plugs ) they were
efficient , kind and polite.

SWS promptly resolved some connection issues we were having last week, and fed back in person about the work they had done. The service seems to be better than ever now! It is a tremendous comfort to be able to talk to members of a dedicated and local team about problems, and to have them managed so well. Thank you all.

This is what a really good company looks like. Small enough to care? I don't know, but I cannot recommend the amazing people at SWS enough. They're super nice, very diligent, and run a very efficient service.. and are always there if anything goes wrong (which is hardly ever...great signal all the time). They'll act on an email or phone call within minutes it seems, even on a Sunday. Plus they took a great deal of time and care to maximise the service for me, upgrading when available. The quality of connection is excellent and flexible enough to be opened up if required (for example you can pay to have a fast upload too, maybe 20M?). No dropouts (like you get on BT ALL the time). Go for it, you definitely won't be disappointed.

As always, absolutely brilliant service. On this occasion I had a technical query and the service engineer rang me back within an hour and was happy to fully explain what I needed. A joy to deal with a local company with local staff - no foreign call centre here!
