We took the bold move to have our 4 piece corner leather suite reupholstered, as we had been looking since before Covid to find another one that we loved as much, and would fit. No success. We were nervous, but the outcome was amazing. It was delivered back just before Christmas and was a great talking point. We did not expect all the details to be replicated. It truly is amazing. Thank you guys. You did an amazing job. Would recommend to anyone wanting reupholstery.

Fabulous family company. Great customer service from Leanne and great experience all round from start to finish. I needed six leather dining chairs reupholstered due to them being very badly cat scratched. The chairs had been really good quality and I was loathe to replace them with something inferior. I shopped around and South West Upholstery gave an excellent quote with 20% off for Black Friday. We dropped them off and got a call that they were ready after a couple of weeks. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

So happy with our new inserts. The back cushions on our sofas were feather filled and collapsed every day which drove me mad. Now thanks to South West Upholstery who made new inserts for me the sofas look great, feel great and will not need plumping every day. Great service, professional and friendly staff.

We the Visited warehouse showroom & was very well looked after ,very helpful staff great selection of materials & fabrics had our dining chairs reupholstered which was done to a very high standard .very pleased and highly recommended they look fantastic will definitely use them next time

The sofa we just had back looks fantastic. Quality looks great. It was a cheap sofa originally but fitted the space in our lounge really well. We were unsure initially investing so much in a cheap sofa but I’m glad we did. It looks like new and is very comfortable. Fabric seems great and is hopefully cat and kid resistant.

I'm so pleased that I used South West Upholstery to re-upholster a low back chair which belonged to my husband's parents, and also replace the seat of a dining chair. From my first enquiry, by email, to when I collected the finished items yesterday, everyone was very friendly, helpful and efficient. When I saw my gorgeous 'new' furniture I was absolutely delighted. Thank you to everyone at South West Upholstery, I couldn’t have asked for a better result, and I would definitely use them again.

They were friendly, efficient, respectful and nothing was too much trouble.

They returned my furniture and ensured I was happy with everything before they left.

I am absolutely over the moon and happy with how my worn out sofa now looks they have saved me an absolute fortune with what I was gonna spend on a new one!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the outset. Quality of workmanship was outstanding. My Dads old leather chair now has a new life and will be sat in for many family meals to come.

From first contact a really quick service, great price and so helpful with samples sent to me. Really friendly, efficient collection and delivery. Best of all the chairs - two Ercol chairs needed new webbing and covering. They were my parents and now they look as good as new, so comfy if we can shift the cat! All we can say is WOW!
We had bought a new sofa around 2 years ago, there was nothing wrong with it but our daughter was now a full time wheelchair user and couldn’t use her wheelchair freely in our house as the sofa was to long. South west upholstery were amazing, from start to finish there communication was on point, and needless to say our sofa looks amazing. They done everything we asked for and it looks like the arm of the sofa was never there in the first place. Thank you south west upholstery for letting our daughter be able to move around in our house and still keep our lovely sofa.

Visiting the show room to choose our fabric was really fun! So many beautiful fabrics to choose from and really helpful staff - everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Our dining chairs were re-upholstered within a few days of us taking them in - brilliant service and they look stunning, it is almost as though we have got brand new chairs. We are very pleased with the service from South West Upholstery and would recommend them to anyone looking for good, friendly and efficient service

We have needed some reparations to two chairs and have been absolutely delighted both with their work, but also by their interactions with their clients. This includes the delivery men who arrived when arranged and moved furniture to fit in the chairs.

Efficent and effective service and a brilliant end result. I am so pleased with my sofa bed. It looks brand new.

I had a fantastic experience with SW Upholstery. There was excellent communication leading up to completing the work. All emails were friendly and they provided an excellent service to ensure they found a perfect material to match our existing chairs. My emails to them always had a prompt response with a helpful and friendly reply. The end result was perfect and we have a lovely reupholstered chair that looks brand new and matches our existing chairs.

This is the second time I have used this company to repair torn stitches on our old leather sofa & chairs and on both occasions they have carried out excellent work at a reasonable price and successfully returned the items to almost 'new' condition. They have been very helpful throughout and I cannot fault them at all. I certainly recommend them for this type of work and will be using them again should the need arise.
