This is the second time I have used SWH. Leanne in customer service is friendly and very efficient. She was great in providing some technical knowledge and helped us choose the right product for our renovations. The work was done within 2 weeks as promised and we are very happy with the results and look forward to using our sofa for another 15 years. The workmen who I have encountered twice on my collection days, were extremely helpful and friendly and one gets the feeling that the company really cares about both employees and customers. I will use them again.

We had our four seater sofa re upholstered, the craftsmanship in the detail is fantastic, however the foam in the cushions are solid making the sofa very uncomfortable. Having contacted the company afterwards about this I was advised that they would settle, however after a month the cushions are still solid. A further quote was provided for hollow fibre cushions but this would be at a further expense and that they don’t offer a super soft foam option which would be a preferred option to hollow fibre. Disappointed with end product as a result.

I needed 2 replacement sofa seat cushions and having seen the selection of fillings available on the website decided to visit the showroom to try before ordering. I am so glad I did. Leanne was very helpful and I enjoyed my "princess and the pea experience" alongside a mug of tea. The two cushions were delivered, as promised, in time for my family visiting for Easter. The 2 delivery men were delightful and as I had only handed over 1 of the the two covers on my visit, they offered to stuff the second cushion into it's cover and place both onto my sofa. I am really pleased with the quality of the cushions and consider the cost of replacement to be very reasonable. South West Upholstery will be my first choice for for any other upholstery needs I may have in the future.

I needed replacement sofa seat cushion covers for my 30 year old chesterfield sofa .South west upholstery have created exquisite replacements with identical shape and piping to the original seat cushions. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for quality craftsmanship.

We are so pleased with the work South West Upholstery have undertaken on our power recliner sofa. We had just one sofa re-upholstered (as it was the only one we mainly sat on) and we asked them to try to match the existing furniture when the job was done. They only had pictures to work from, and, of course the sofa they were working on, but that was very worn. We were amazed at the outcome and the standard of workmanship. We are so pleased with it, because it means we didn't have to throw away every piece of furniture and end up buying poor quality replacements, which is often what's on sale in the main stores. It looks brand new and you would never know what has been done. Our heartfelt thanks to whoever did the work and to the professional drivers who collected and delivered it back.

The help and choices given for what we needed was excellent. We were very pleased with the craftsmanship of the goods.
Leanne was was very helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
The cost was very competitive. We will happily use them again.

We had a slight delay in getting the two sofas and the Ottoman back so were living on easy chairs for about four weeks just after Christmas.

However, we were absolutely thrilled when they were returned to us. I could have cried. The material is so much softer and warmer than the previous, and hopefully a bit more stain resistant than the last! The quality of the upholstering is excellent, so a credit to the team.

I know our sofas will last another 20 years!

Very pleased with the upholstery of two carver chairs recently. The staff are very attentive and helpful, with a range of materials to choose from. Didn't feel rushed at any stage and the end result is beautiful.

Very thoughtful and caring when discussing how to deal with my very delapidated arm chair, helpful when choosing just the right fabric and colours to recover. Good quality work, the chair looks wonderful again.

Really great customer experience: reupholstered two sofas with removable washable covers and eight leather dinning room chairs with new foam bases. Let me split the order in two stages, so we still had furniture to sit on! Helpful delivery guys, oh and great range of cushions to choose from at their warehouse workshop: to find that ‘just right’ squishiness!

Easy to use website, great communication about order and delivery making sure time and date convenient. Will order more now as first 2 were test cushions.

I was expecting to send our badly damaged 3-seater leather sofa to the local tip, but couldn't find a suitable replacement. Fortunately I came across South West Upholstery, and within a few days I'd visited their workshop, selected the fabric and received a quote. I'm now the delighted owner of the most stunning sofa. I love everything about it - the colour, the fabric, the craftsmanship, the comfort and the price. Everything. I would certainly recommend SWU to anyone.

A beautifully recovered buttoned back chair, giving it a new lease of life. Having in the past done a bit of reupholstery myself, I can see the quality of what they do and it is impressive. The customer service is very good done by Leanne, and all the people i met while taking and fetching my chair were lovely.

We took the bold move to have our 4 piece corner leather suite reupholstered, as we had been looking since before Covid to find another one that we loved as much, and would fit. No success. We were nervous, but the outcome was amazing. It was delivered back just before Christmas and was a great talking point. We did not expect all the details to be replicated. It truly is amazing.
