Absolutely outstanding !
The customer service was outstanding. Pascual Soares is a credit to the company, even responding to emails at 21:40 on a Sunday evening. Everything they promised was honoured. I ordered a Fiido D4S electric folding bike on Sunday evening and it was delivered 4 days later. The bike was in perfect condition. Pascual even advised me on accessories, and where to buy them. I would definitely recommend this company.

It was shipped out pretty quickly and arrived after a few days. Pretty impressive considering it came from Germany. Easy to put together, despite some instructions lost in translation. Such as (taken from booklet)
Don't play tricks on electric tea cookers
Do not transport passengers with electrodes
Drunk driving doesn't work
My daughter tried it out and it’s fab. Can’t wait to use it myself. She loved it so I might have lost it to her. Definitely would buy from these again.

Great assistance
Had the B20 Pro delivered, this had battery issues, and I was able to have a WhatsApp conversation to start the returning of the bike. I had a phone conversation the next day and my issue was resolved with the delivery of a new ebike.

The ease of ordering
The ease of ordering and the helpfulness of Pascal who kept me updated throughout the order. When the order did arrive and I found the folding electric fire damaged he promptly came and collected it himself. Unfortunately another bike of same make and model wasn't available because of problems with batteries, so he advised me of a different make but with similar spec which he had in stock ,so I went to the shop to look and came away with it.
I've not been able to use the bike yet because of the weather but I'm already to go now.
Thanks to Pascal for all his help and advice and would recommend Scoot City, Leigh to everyone.

I had an issue upon delivery with the scooter I ordered I was contacted immediately from this company who rectified the issue couldn’t have asked for better customer service from pascual. and even resolved my issue on a weekend I cannot fault them one bit .

BUYER BEWARE !!!!
Ordered an e-bike late on the evening of the 15th immediate response via wattsapp checked status on Friday 16th showing as despatched via yodel 48 allowing for the weekend and Bank Holiday was given delivery date of 20th-22nd all good so far ! But by close of buissness on the22nd still not arrived after messaging the seller get told its only been despatched that due to changes in weight and dimension changes by couriers ! And would be another 2-3 days via a less than dubious courier on hearing this asked for a refund but was refused due to the the fact the parcel had been dispatched ! As a courier I know all about weights and dimensions and that a parcel can be held or rts at any stage in its journey to the customer ! Just seems to have been one lie after another to relieve of my hard earned cash ! Disgusting
UPDATE would now appear that by leaving this company a negative review it seems to render any warranty null and void ( but be can re instated for a positive review !) Makes you wonder how many good reviews are actually genuine and not the result of black mail !

Your bike was arranged for collection on Wed 21st with Tuffnels Express and was delivered to you within 2 business days. The full shipment time including handling period was 7 business days. This falls in line with our shipment time frame of 4-7 business days. All of this information is clearly reflected within our shipment policy. We are entirely transparent with our shipment process. We kept you up to date via email and online chat and your tracking was made available to you swiftly. We will always strive to deliver great quality products and superb customer service to all our customers and our reviews are 100% genuine. Regarding your statement about warranty, at Scoot City we provide a manufacturers backed warranty to all our customers. This information is all available online for all customers to see. TRIPLE CHECK.Worst experience ever. Feeling like i have been scammed. Tried to write a review on their site. Surprise! You can’t if it’s bad. Received my item on decent time and the product looked decent as well. My friend wanted one but found it cheaper on another site and we ordered it. The scooter came as the advertised photos. Mind you the the one I received is not bad bad one doesn’t have any markings whatsoever to indicate the brand or model and secondly this thing doesn’t not like going up hill at all( mind you i am less than 70kg and the limit is around 150kg I believe it say on the description). Contacted them to ask why have i been send a replica, have been told it’s the manufacturer and to check the reviews (on their site where they have been all good hmm.) Try to avoid it as much as possible and leave it as last resort. Maybe for some 600£ is not much but for me it is. Stay safe everyone!.
Update: I don’t know how to write you back. So first of all i was on holiday and buy the time I received my item it has been a month or bit more. Second of all your “customers “ that are leaving 5 star reviews what a shocker I couldn’t give you my 1 star review because someone behind there is sitting and doesn’t want to bring a bad reputation on the SITE. As if you can see here i am not the only one!
