Scam website. Do not confuse with Sylvane.com. Currently in Paypal dispute. False tracking number received and they emailed me asking me to close the case so they could issue a refund. Typical Red Flag from Scammers. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT SITE.

I read the negative reviews and thought I'd been ripped off. The mask came from China ( Most things do) that bit wasn't clear. It came and was what I ordered and works fine.

Rating this 4 stars as there was a lot of issues with delivery albeit the fault was with Evri and not the seller.
The item arrived today (2/1/26) and it was a Christmas present for my wife.
She is delighted with it, very light and quiet and has an array of attachments.
Hasn't been used yet but we have tested it. All good so far!

I ordered an item that cost over £100 from this company, it arrived around 4 weeks later. I received a free gift, a nail kit and a £100 voucher. I used the £100 voucher on a black friday deal and ended up paying just over £11 for an LED face mask. A few weeks later I received the free gift yet another nail kit, but that was all. When I made contact by email I was told that the company had experienced a problem with their packaging departnent so they will give me a refund to speed up the process. When I replied back to them saying I did not want a refund, I wanted the item sending, suprise, suprise, I didn't get a response back from them. I just saw the money go back into my paypal account. Very disappointing. I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Well, after reading all the negative reviews (after I had placed the order) I was a little sceptical, to say the least! However, I ordered an LED facemask on 12 December and it arrived yesterday (30 December). The fact that it came from China didn’t bother me really, so I wasn’t expecting delivery within a few days anyway. The company kept me regularly updated with the order and delivery progress, and it was delivered by Evri on the day stated. It came well packaged and whilst I have never used an LED mask before, it seems pretty decent quality. It came with a hygiene film, eye pieces and adjustable straps that you insert yourself, a USB charging cable and full instructions, including the need to do a photosensitivity test prior to using. It charged up quickly and seems to works fine. There are a number of settings that are easily changeable using the button on the top of the mask. I only give 4 stars because the free gift, a nail kit, (whilst having lots of items within it) isn’t really worth £30. However, as this is a bonus and I would've bought the mask anyway, I’m not too bothered. As I said, I was a bit worried following all the negative reviews, but I was actually quite pleasantly surprised. Hope I’m as pleasantly surprised with the effects on my skin!

Dont buy from this company, arrived late, missing items and said there was a £30 gift with the order, the with was nail clipping set £3.00 from Temu - this company is a rip off. Steer well clear....

Same as others in here ordered face mask and arrived 4 weeks later. Used the £100 gift voucher on black friday so cost was only £19.96. Guess which item never arrived? The cheap hairdryer because of an issue in their packaging department. So instead of sending it to me they just refunded the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Cant give zero stars with this shit show of a uk based company that is from china . Reported to tradeing standards . Orderd the face mask on dec 5th . Now its seemingly in the uk and evri cant seem to find it . Its obviously been a scam parcel that was never there. Avoid avoid avoid

I ordered a LED face mask but immediately tried to cancel after reading reviews. The website was saying it had not been shipped but next day I received an email saying it could not be cancelled as it had been shipped. They gave me a tracking number which showed it had never left China then claimed there was a problem with their tracking system. I never received the mask but thankfully received a refund from PayPal.

Appalling delivery schedule took 29 days to arrive, sent numerous emails to state wished to cancel the item ordered due to it not going to arrive until well after Christmas
All I got in return was platitudes
Have contacted again to request full refund & will return item to the UK London address that is on my correspondence but it may well be a battle to obtain the appropriate outcome!
Do Not use this company at all they present a front of being UK based but it’s clearly not at all …..

I read a review for a hairdryer on Quality Review for a Voeflow hairdryer but when I clicked on the link I was connected to Ophaline and then SylvaneUK, the hairdryer and pictures etc. were exactly the same as on the review site. I am usually very cautious about dealing with companies I don't know but believed it was a UK company. I paid £138 for the hairdryer. I then read the negative reviews on Trust Pilot and tried to cancel but was told the shipment was on it's way. I have since had an email from Evri to say they have the parcel. I understand that returning to Sylvane is very expensive. I don't intend to open the parcel if and when it arrive. I intend to contact Trading Standards to ask for advice but feel I have made an expensive mistake. These sites need to be removed and consumers offered more protection. I will always check with Trust Pilot in future.

The five star reviews on their website site are fake.

It would be no stars if that were possible. Shocking communication, shocking service, actively lied to about my order being on its way. Over a month now and still no sign.

This company is a scam. They are located in China and the quality and efficiency of their products are what you find on AliExpress but with UK prices

Please do not buy from this Company, after 4 weeks I received my LED face mask which is not fit for purpose. I was led to believe it was shipped from the UK when in fact it was China. It’s not as described, no timer, no controls just a very flimsy button to change colour of the led lights. Product is substandard. I have opened a claim with PayPal for a refund. When I eventually got a reply from Sylvane they said they couldn’t supply a returns label but if I close my claim with PayPal they will refund 30%,…one I don’t believe them & two, why would I want to keep a product that seems to me that it could be dangerous to use. Absolute Scam, they have now changed their advert to say shipped from China which was not on there 4 weeks ago. Fingers crossed for a refund

Absolute rubbish reported to trading standards so hopefully the website will be took down. Do not trust these people. You will never receive the goods.

This company is a SCAM. The products are not as advertised. I bought an LED mask for my wife as she had sent me a link. After placing the order you will receive emails offering you huge discounts (inc £100 off next order). Alarm bells rang and I googled them and realised sylvane.co.uk is not legitimate (not to be confused with sylvane.com which has positive reviews and is for air con systems). Within an hour I had cancelled the order. Sylvane.co.uk replied saying that as soon as an order is placed that it cannot be cancelled as is in the order processing system (which is simply nonsense) but they would happily allow me to return it when I received it for a "full refund". I got sent tracking info and the item was coming from China. It took weeks to arrive and is terrible. It does not conform to any standards. I contacted Sylvane to return. They basically said I would be offered a full refund in line with their returns policy which is I have to pay return items to China and then I would be deducted further shipping fees and customs charges as they then send it to another warehouse in SouthEast Asia!! Their email even states "In some cases, these
costs may be higher than the refund itself". I raised this with Amex to dispute this and they have been excellent. I would cancel your order asap and notify your credit card company asap.

If I can give 0 or negative score I will. As all other reviewers this is a fraudlant company. Insisted to ship despite my instructions not to do so due to late delivery and so many despatched messages all false. Product not safe in EU no CE mark for the LED face mask. False gifts sales promotions. Asking me to paytaxes or get 15% discount to keep a product that could be dangerous. Must add they are using UK address to get you yo buy. DON'T BUY

DONT ORDER FROM THIS TIN POT COMPANY

Advertised as a UK based company. But that all instantly changed straight after I ordered the product as that’s when they decided to tell me it’s being shipped from China. I ordered the item on 4th December which gave plenty of time to arrive for Christmas. Yet here we are on Christmas Day & the tracking app shows it’s still in f***** china.

If you’ve ordered recently contact your bank straight away & ask them to cancel the transaction as it’s not worth funding these fraudsters anymore
