I cancelled my order 2 hours after ordering but they refused to cancel and shipped anyway. I am trying to return but I must cover all shipping costs and custom fees as they are a China based firm! They are offering 20% refund and I keep the product or I pay costs and 50% refund! I am very reluctant to open and use the product after reading reviews. Do not order from this company!!

This company advertises as a uk company and claims delivery within 5-7 business days. I had done my reviewing (not paying attention as there are 2 companies with the same name) US Sylvane with 4.3* reviews so I went ahead and bought the LED face mask. After not arriving within the time frame I went back to trust pilot to discover Sylvane UK and it had 1.3* reviews with everyone claiming they were scammers (panic sets in) my tracking number clearly showed to me that this was china. I emailed the company and got a reply the next day asking me to be patient. I wasn’t of course and filed a complaint with PayPal. Kept following my tracking and it actually showed it was in transit, then arrived in the uk where it was then sent to Relay. To my surprise I got my delivery. Very well packaged and my free mystery gift. I can’t comment on the mask itself so I will update my review after it’s been used.
If this company were honest about the location (CHINA) less people would panic (I think) Date of order 22/11/2025, date of arrival 19/12/2025

This is a Scam - They purport to be a UK company and will send you cheap rubbish from China and make it impossible to return and get a refund . DO NOT USE

I ordered an LED face mask after reading a UK review of best masks and this mask came out highly, probably the reviewers were paid to send traffic to the Sylvane site. I'm concluding that after reading all the bad reviews. However having said that, the majority of the reviews on trust pilot are from people who havent received their goods because they weren't aware the goods were coming from Hong Kong and there would inevitably be long deliveries. I can only speak from my experience. I, like others, didn't realise i was ordering from Hong Kong, but to be fair the company kept me informed of transit progress via emails and sure enough their information regarding delivery was spot on, yes delivery took a few weeks but I never considered the company were scammers? why would they keep sending me progress report emails?
What I would say is based on a reviewer on trust pilot saying the mask was a bit flimsy or words to that effect, I have nothing to compare the quality with to make any assumption or comment about it. I know Boots chemist sell them so I might just pop in for a comparison. Hopefully those reviewers will eventually receive their goods and give a review of the product as I will 'after' it's been used for a month which is the timescale the manufacturer give for noticable differences to occur.

As all of the other reviews SCAM!!!!!! Diligently checked trust pilot and found favourable reviews and a .co.uk site address. When you go to the trust pilot now, it has a banner stating this company has been using trust pilot incorrectly! Surely Trustpilot have a duty of care to check who is using your service!

Please do not purchase anything from this company! Absolute scam, you will not receive anything. I have been waiting for weeks to show me the same thing and same location. Please avoid!

They make believe they are a uk based company but are not!
I ordered 3 products which took nearly 4 weeks to arrive and endless emails chasing.
As others have said, the uk mobile is never turned on.
The goods have actually arrived which was a surprise but the LED face mask is a flimsy piece of cheap silicon which I wouldn’t risk placing on my face and the 2 laser hair removal products are like a plastic toy and 1 doesn’t even turn on!
To return is not even worth it - have to pay shipping plus taxes in Asia!
Please don’t waste your money !

Do not use this company. I have spent a month chasing my order for an LED Face Mask Every time I chase the order I get a tracker messsges which I believe is fake as the parcel appears to go around the houses between hates. Yodel and ded patch centres including the airline in China. I have now instructed my credit card provider to recoup the money I payed.

This website has so many red flags, it has a .co.uk website despite being based in China and do not highlight this at point of purchase only in their return policy which is hidden on the webpage. it also fraudulently claims a positive trust pilot score of 4* from 2000 reviews for the product i was purchasing these clearly do not exist in the slightest. product pages are removed after products are mis sold. avoid at all costs. They will sell you products, but their returns policy is for you to ship back to china at your cost including customs costs meaning your right to return is void as it'll likely exceed the price you paid for the product cost in return and custom fees. leaving you reluctantly with the product. Even cancelling the product doesn't work. 1 second after ordering the product is already miraculously processed and dispatched meaning you cant cancel even though the product wont show up at your home for another month. Email support is less than helpful, they will offer you a 15% return as a 'goodwill' gesture instead of returning the product and have no real understanding of mis selling and UK consumer law avoid at all cost.

I purchased 2 LED masks as Xmas Presents about 2 weeks ago and received no information about delivery details and still waiting for my order. I now realise it must be a scam so have taken it up with PayPal! Please avoid !!!

Ordered a laser hair removal after reading about website that it was uk based, turns out it was china email them 1 hour later asking for refund they said no it had been dispatched that was 1st Dec still waiting keep saying delayed and I paid £99 🙈

DONT BUY they are a SCAM. Luckily I got my money back as bought on PAYPAL . Never arrived and all made sense when I read the reviews.

Following completing a beauty quiz i purchased a mask through sylvane for over £100. I checked trustpilot and was tricked by the US site thinking this company - .co.uk was the company given 5 stars it of course was not and once i found the reviews later the same day I realised it was a scam and contacted the seller through paypal. They said they are aware of the reviews and that they are not true and they couldnt refund me as the item had been dispatched. They sent me false tracking information through 4PX which is also known as a scam delivery service. When I escalated to a claim through paypal they then sent something - not my order through yodel. I called yodel and requested they stop the package and return to sender as this was a scam. However it was too late, even though the package was not due to arrive until the 18th it turned up on the 16th. Luckily i was home to refuse it. Yodel were very helpful and supportive throughout. If you refuse the delivery the scam company also have to pay the return charges. Make sure you do not accept the package as if you do you will potentially lose your right to a refund!. This is a common scam tactic as the scammers can use proof of delivery to keep the money. This has been a really stressfull 3 week long dispute. However, i did manage to get my full refund through paypal. I bought the mask as a treat for myself for christmas. However, after all this hassle and stress im not going to bother getting myself anything.

I ordered a light mask from here and what I eventually received was absolutely rubbish.
This is not a UK company as it would have you believe. And I had to get a refund through my credit card provider. The company then wanted me to pay the returns on the item which I won't be doing. There is a reason all these reviews are similar...stay clear.

Scam had to get money back

Scam company - do not fall for this scam. As the saying goes if it seems to good it probably is. What’s really frustrating is the fact that a Google search for a beauty product takes you to a Top 5 products site and this was the only company where there was a link through to their “UK” site. I’ve written off about £100. Have emailed for refund but don’t expect a response based on other reviews.

Despite my worries (after reading other reviews) the Hairdryer arrived today (I'm amazed )
