Dont order from this company I read the reviews after I had ordered the facial lamp but I then reported to my bank who got me a refund from the company!

Total SCAM! ordered a LED facemask on black friday sales for a chrsitmas gift. Still haven't received it and sent countless emails and no replies and their phone number doesn't work

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ordered products on 28th Nov and as of 16 Dec no sign of it. 3 items all at high value. The keep sending tracking links that do not work and very much are NOT UK based company with fast UK shipping as they falsely state. I have been trying to get a refund and they are saying I have to wait to get product and return it to them then get refunded. Will take action with Paypal and my Credit card company now. Please don't get scammed, avoid.

Do not use this company....says it's UK trading but turns out to be far eastern.

Umpteen emails...although answered...but fob off tactics.
Started my refund request as we speak and hoping for a favourable outcome.

In error I followed links to order a hairdryer for a Xmas present. (From what I believed to be a UK company I then discovered it is a Chinese company)
It has now been two weeks and despite numerous emails and unanswered telephone calls I have had zero contact from Sylvane. I am currently in the process of trying to obtain a full refund.
DO NOT FALL FOR THE SAME TRAP/CON.

This is NOT a UK based company despite what the website implies. Do not use, despite what “independent” review sites may recommend.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!! Avoid this company, men in suits SCAMING! They tell you it’s being shipped and there is a problem with the shipping! AYE RIGHT! You won’t see it!!!

How do these companies get past trading standards etc. ?
The best I can hope for is a refund from the bank.
But do not buy anything. Emails don't respond. Telephone/txts don't answer or respond.

I ordered an LED mask and it has never even been shipped. Do not buy from this company. Luckily I have had a refund from HSBC. Pure Scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Bought their hairdryer and never received a confirmation email. Customer services line goes dead and auto-generated emails unhelpful. Hairdryer did eventually arrive but very late, along with a “gift” which was as described by others - very cheap & unlikely to ever be used. Yet to test the product…

Absolute scam. Why are they still 'trading'?

Scammers, like people have said, AVOID, don't buy from this company, items are cheap ,and for the free £30 item ,manicure set ,probably £1 ,please don't buy ,

This company is very dishonest and I would recommend you purchase goods elsewhere.
I assumed this company was located in the UK which it is not.
Asian company and once I found that out I was a bit concerned If products would arrive,

There was also a free £30.00 gift thrown in, but that was a manicure set you can buy for a few pounds.

Also on the site you get a £100.00 voucher to spend, although this item was out of stock so no free gift and an offer of a refund which never happened.

Customer services have been poor and stated that refund would be given which it has not.

Dodgy company and would stay well clear.

Very concerned over this companies return policies. I have tried to send my item back because the box and the product didn't look new to me and I was within the deadline for sending the item back. They have on 2 occasions tried to tempt and distract me by telling me that the charges to Asia could cost more that my £100 item and if I keep it then they will give me a 15 percent discount. The website is misleading and the customer service is not very good. I am still waiting for a response regarding my refund rights and may have to take it further if they do not sort this out.

For anyone that wants to know who runs the company.

Her name is Ms Chetna Joshi, born February 2002. Still trying to find the address of said person and whether or not the person is real as stated on companies house. As Sylvane Uk is run by Maurati E Commerce Limited. Have a little look into it people and let's see what we can find.

Update!!!! I have received the hairdryer. Paypal are no help at all. Still trying to sort out th £100 voucher. I wouldn't order off these again.

If I could give a 0 i would. Avoid this company. I've had the same problems as others on here. Ordered the hairdryer on black Friday. Should have listened to the saying" if it looks too good to be true, it usually is". They keep telling me there's a problem with the courier. Not expecting the hairdryer to turn up. Hopefully PayPal will sort it out. The hairdryer is actually a better buy on Amazon.
So, today I get told that my parcel is on the way. We'll see!!!

I’m doing all I can to have them removed from google etc. Their Hong Kong address is for a different company and their trustpilot reviews on their webpage are a screenshot of a different company who had 4.7 stars before this scam company tarnished their reputation.

As everyone else has stated. Complete and utter scam. Nothing coming and I’ve escalated claim to PayPal. If I don’t get my money back I’ll be cancelling my PayPal account because I only use it to protect me from situations like this!

This website is fraudulent, selling electric beauty products that are non-compliant to UK regulations. Though it has a .co.uk domain name, the base is in China and any requests for returns are directed to their Chinese address. Anyone wishing to return an item is required to pay postage, duties and taxes to return them. This is NOT clarified in any Returns and Refund Policy on the website, which remains silent with no detail given unless one asks by email. Customer service is blind and deaf to the realities presented to them, despite numerous emails requesting a return for a full refund including postage due to non-compliant products, they ignored their legal duty to abide by the Consumer Rights Act and only then did they disclose that their return address is in China, expecting customers to pay for postage, duties, taxes, which they say may well be more expensive than the product itself! This website must be clamped down on and totally shut and its owner prosecuted for fraud.

Scam company like many others have said. Was sent the link by my wife for the hair dryer which I just followed and bought. Under investigation since purchase I found the reviews, tried to contact but unsuccessful have raised a dispute with PayPal but not holding my breathe. Happy Christmas scumbag scammers
