Engineer turned up when he had said and did a good job and was helpful and respectful to tenants. Then got electronic certificate emailed by Symple within 24 hours. I would definitely use again.
They should add PAT & Smoke alarm testing

A friend of mine saw Symple at an exhibition and was given a leaflet. He then passed this on to me as I needed an EPC at a property I own. Having never used them before, I checked out Trust Pilot first and could only see great feedback, so I decided to try them out. The booking was so easy and you get notifications at different stages of your booking, so I didn’t even need to log in to check on where it was up to, which was great for me as I am mobile most of the day. The service provider called me shortly after booking and it was scheduled on a date that was suitable for myself. I received the certificate the day after the inspection, sooner than I thought. I am very impressed with Symple, and would be happy to recommend them to others.

Symple were really helpful in arranging multiple certificates for me at short notice. Georgina was particularly helpful when a contractor cancelled after testing positive for covid. Would highly recommend to other landlords who would benefit from reminders and easy solutions for certificates.

Simple were recommended to me by my mum (always trust mum). Booking online was very straightforward and I was able to select which inspections I wanted - in my case gas+electric.
The jobs were booked in, this took a while as is wasn't so simple to arrange access to the property. However I was updated via email and phone calls by Rab Sharker throughout the process. Rab really went above and beyond in meeting my requirements.
Following the electrical inspection which failed, a quote was provided for remedial works. The initial electrician was not available to carry out the remedial works, Rab contacted another electrician who was able to take on the job.
What I appreciated most about Symple was being kept updated even when things didn't go to plan. I also mainly dealt with one adviser (Rab) so I didn't need to repeat my situation any time I called. I will definitely be using Symple and recommending them to family and colleagues.
Also the rates were fair.
